Even if he was sacked the problem was the replacement... LVG had United set up to move towards being a possession based front foot team with technical and intelligent footballers.. like Blind for example. If your next appointment was someone of a similar style and ideals it would’ve been a much better transition and likely would’ve lead to better things than the last 5 years.
