I am hindu from India Hare kirsna hare rama

I was in depression from last 3 year. Every medicine had been taken by me but i could not overcome from that situation. Suddenly i have seen a video of Amogh leela das prabhu on bhagwat gita . And started chanting hare krishna mantra. It is very powerful. From last 6 days i have completely overcome from depression and reduced smoking almost automatically. Now how can i thank him for giving me bhakti of krishna and bhagvatgita i dont know. Hare krishna Keep me all life in your feet. Now i m so lucky and blissful.

@Truthfears Guilty Hindu traditional diet is loaded with fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains just like your healthy Mediterranean diet. And the grains even varies according to the seasons. The food matches with the tropical climate as well as the peoples genes. Please don't compare the oily greasy sugary spicy restaurant shits with the traditional Indian diet. And who told you that ghee is bad? Have grass fed organic ghee, its expensive even here in US. Much healthier than butter, has high cooking temperature, lactose-free and loaded with nutrients, but yes portion control is a must and that's applicable for any food. If today Indians are suffering from lifestyle disease, that is not because of their traditional diet but because of fast food joints and unhealthy outside food. Blame the people, not the tradition.

Truthfears Guilty now Yes, if you do enough of physical activity, you will digest ghee and absorb all the nutrients without a tummy. And the indian families were pretty large with 3 to 4 generations in the same house, so if they have put a little more fat... it would have been distributed among people. And yes, ghee is even good for skin and hair. Now I know you are a complete outsider. Instead of spreading hatred here, why dont you gain some knowledge on this topic in depth? And if you are not interested, then don’t make such half knowledge comments in public places. Never seen so much of hatred in free food videos. Its just useless to talk to outsiders and people who comments with fake name to hide their identity and spread hatred.

Japanese eats raw fish sushi, French eat frog legs as delicacy, Chinese eats duck feet snacks, Mongolians eat organ meat and these are all traditions...there are thousands of such food traditions around the world depending on climate, availability and genes.

Bhai ye sab aj hare Krishna bol rahe hay to sirf chitannya maha parabhu ke bajahse....mayapur the home of mahaprabhu is not so far from my home it's near of krishna nagar and may home town is sodepur. Gajab ki bat yeh hay mahaprabhu ne kabhi bhi hindu muslim main ved bhao nahi dekha.

पहले के ज़माने में राजा रजवाड़े थे वो धरम कार्य के लिए दान धर्म करते थे they have means to do it but आजकल के ज़माने में ये possible नहीं है so जनता जनार्दन मिलके ये बोझ उठाते है। मतलब सब आमिर गरीब अपने हैसियत के हिसाब से दान करते है और उसे इस तरह के प्रसाद का जुगाड़ हो ही जाता है। specially धार्मिक क्षेत्रों में। और इस तरह का लंगर हर शिख गुरुद्वारामे होता ही रहता है। वक़्त के साथ सबको बदलना ही पड़ता है। पर संस्कृत सुविचार पढ़के अच्छा लगा धन्यवाद
