@@Bert-lw1ot yes i do because he took over the best teams with the best resources. Arteta would also win lot's of titles in those circumstances and probably more UCL's. Would pep have taken a team a team consistently finishing outside the top 4 and get them challenging for the title in 2 consecutive seasons without getting sacked in the process? I doubt it. You will see just how good of a manager arteta is because arsenal will dominate the prem from now on starting with the title next season getting 95-100 points
