Hi it looks very busy in Manchester and the Christmas markets looks wonderful stuff on there and very helpful as well thanks for showing us the Christmas markets round the towns

First a nice leather notebook, like a bit of leather some cheese & honey , a roast beef bun all put in my wicker basket, that would be a nice present, thanks for a nice festive colourful vid it makes you want to be there

Watching this on my 42 in TV & it looks very festive. I went to Christmas Markets at Salford a good few years ago but there wasn't as many stalls as this! The food looks absolutely delightful 😊I don't think I've ever seen Christmas Markets as busy as this one in Manchester!

@@GimbalWalkTV I've been to Edinburgh on a Coach Trip it's such a great City & so easy to find your way around. I only went that once in March so I've never seen the Christmas Markets in Edinburgh! London will look fabulous I've always wanted to visit London 🎀

Too busy for me. I like to get close and personal at the booths. Watching you fight the crowds Neil while lounging in my chair sounds much more pleasing ;)

We love Christmas markets, but why German Sausage Huts? 🤣🤣🤣 Birmingham was full of them 😮

Call me a humbug if you like but the original concept the market was to buy things on the cheap. In the late 90s farmer's markets started where things started to get expensive and now we have Christmas markets where everything is outrageously priced. Most of the food is not Christmas it's a racket to get the general public to spend hundreds of pounds on food and other items and majority are not even christmas related. When Christmas markets first started I used to go but they have become commercialised for me and over priced so I will not be going anymore.

You could go to watch the people. Take a Thermos of tea, and get yourself a donut. Sit somewhere and be entertained. I learned this cheap trick when I lived in NYC.

It’s an experience more than a market A place for friends and family to gather and wander together to get in the mood

The problem with Manchester is theres bits of the Christmas market everywhere. Would be so much nicer if it was in a central location. I would only rate it 4/10 in comparison to the European markets!

Absolute rubbish if it was in 1 place nobody would get to see a fraction of Manchester. It's a big place and the market is an amazing attraction. 4/10.?? A bit harsh. Being spread out. Mean they can explore a bit!! Don't be a miserable sod just cos u don't like it, and let other people make up their mind. and on that note ya miserable git 👍👍
