Nice video. I'm a local living in Managua for more than 30 years.
I stayed the night in La Perla 1858 it was a very nice place.
I love that there are so many trees !
Managua is becoming one of the most beautiful cities in Central America. Villa Fontana, Los Robles and Las Colinas are just Amazing neighbourhoods, and if you live there, you have everything, you dont need to go out...
Thanks for the video. I'm not a fan of hills, as I like flatland. I do like Managua. It doesn't look pretty but I feel a good energy. I also noticed how people are all outside in the middle of the night. And yes we see the dips in the road. Crazy!

Awesome are near Jean Paul Genie i highly recconnend Barrio Cafe near there, amazing ambiance and food . Breakfast is delicious. Villa fontana is doable ( if you have over 130k for a house). Not as expensive aa estancua de Santo Domingo.

LOL, we did breakfast at Barrio Cafe on Friday. I've been a regular there since I first discovered it in SJDS in 2019.

Yes, we do! Way easier parking, we like the location better, more modern, a few dollars cheaper (nominal), nicer and bigger rooms, etc. We use both almost equally, but prefer the DoubleTree. We're very "DoubleTree people", it's our level of luxury, lol.
Too bad you cant have a drone to look into the hidden places
