The host and producer, Carol Youell, was then on the UConn extension staff. Her remarkable career includes serving as director of education for the Connecticut Forest and Park Association. At retirement Ms. Youell served as Natural Resources Administrator for the Metropolitan District and the 31,000 acres of forest that provides fresh water for the greater Hartford metropolitan area.
