Hi Carlos, good morning... The "Multi-Factor Authentication" button doesn't appear on my screen, in the Active Users section. I've already disabled the Security Defaults

That is strange! I know you said you are looking within "Active Users", but please double check you actually there. Now, there is another option to access the "Multi-Factor Authentication" button. Access the Identiy (Entra) panel (where you disable Security Defaults), select "All users" and the click on "Per-user MFA" on the right of the top menu. Hope it helps. Thank you.
