Management jargon (Lucy Kellaway)

Excellent audio essay on management jargon, from Lucy Kellaway of the BBC and Financial Times. Popular with advanced students of business English.
With links to the original sources, key vocab, transcript fully corrected by me, and some questions - discussion ideas.
BBC podcasts are sadly under-utilised in teaching Biz English abroad. (Sadly both teachers and students seem to prefer the security of bespoke TEFL-business materials and textbooks.) From the BBC I use Business Daily, the Bottom Line, Today, Start the Week, the Forum. However, only a tiny %age of what I listen to ticks all the boxes as a teacher text. So, I thought, why not put some of the short clips which ARE ideal (some I've used over and over) on a youtube playlist?
Lucy Kellaway's audio essays are popular with one of my students, herself an english teacher in a business school; also with management consultant types. LK usually focuses on an aspect of management / boardroom culture. She has a regular slot on Bizdaily on a Monday. The texts work well as challenging audio texts, but if you google a few words in "quotes" there's often a written version on a BBC magazine webpage or ft.com (register free for 12 pages a month). Polecam.
PS. Sorry, youtube cut the last 2 secs. Also my vocab is out of sync (though the transcript is full and correct).
All BBC podcasts are free for all to keep for personal use (though most expire from the page after a month or so). OBVIOUSLY, I DO NOT OWN THIS MATERIAL.
