Yes it's difficult to control...but when we try to control it...it becomes more uncontrolled...so what we should do?...there is one solution....rather trying to control mind...we can try to divert it towrads good things...we can keep our mind busy in good things😊

@@TalashZindagi diverting is itself controlling...becoz mind never wants to get bore it always find excuses to entertain it. So the solution is try to convince ur mind that u hv a goal in ur life which u want to achieve, keep thinking about ur goal everytime. Then only the mind can be diverted.

Hi there, actually I'm medical student, and I was studying extra out of my studies subjects like neuroscience, mind kese kaam karta hai negative thoughts k bare mein aur delusion, illusion, shizopherenia, aur bht kuch par ha, logo ko kese kese delusion , aur cases k baare mein parte parte, maine khud ka subconscious mind bht buri tarah wrong reprogram kar liya hai.... And I want to get out of negative thoughts delusions, muje pta hai mein isse bahar ajaingi.... 💯... Ek cheez zrur likungi sab kuch hmare thoughts, imagination, memories par depend hota hai..... Hum ya toh future k bare mein imagine karke chinta krte hai aur ya toh past yaad krke dukhi hote hai.... Aur agar dono hi bhula kar hum apni 💯concentration apni reality aur present ko de toh mind kaabu mein hoga....
