ఒక వ్యక్తి కష్టాల్లో ఉన్న , లేక పరిస్థితులు అనుకూలించకపోయిన అది అతని తప్పు కాదు. మన పరిస్థితులు మన చేతిలో ఉండకపోవచ్చు వాటికి ఎలా స్పందించి విజయాన్ని అందుకుంటాం అనేది మన చేతుల్లోనే ఉంది. గణేష్ కుప్పాల గారి కథ ఇందుకు ఉదాహరణ . చిన్న వయస్సులో తన అమ్మ నాన్నకి దూరం అయ్యి , కటిక పేదరికంలో బాల్యం గడిపారు.తన జీవితంలో తనకు ఎదురైన ప్రతి కష్టాన్ని , తనకు ఉన్న పట్టుదలతో ఎదురుకున్నారు. నేను ఏం చేసినా ది బెస్ట్ గా ఉండాలి అన్న తపన ఆయనను జిల్లా Topper గా నిలబెట్టింది. అదే తపన కార్పొరేట్ రంగంలో రాణించేలా చేసింది . దేహం ఉంది సత్తువ ఉంది ఇంతకన్నా పెద్ద సైన్యం నీకేముంది ? అన్న మాట ఆయనకు స్ఫూర్తి అదే మనకి కూడా స్ఫూర్తి అవ్వాలి అని తన కోరిక.
ఈ రోజున ఆయన ఒక ఇంటర్నేషనల్ టాక్స్ ఎక్స్పర్ట్ మరియు మోటివేషనల్ స్పీకర్ . తన కథని తన జోష్ Talk ద్వారా మనతో పంచుకున్నారు.
It is not one’s mistake to belong to a poor family or to face struggles in different phases of life. But if you turn your struggles into a sweat and work for success you will definitely succeed in life.
Ganesh Kuppala’s story is an apt example of this. Today Ganesh Kuppala is a successful tax expert, motivational speaker, and a man with many achievements. But twenty years back he was a child who was abandoned by his parents and was taken care of by his poor grandmother. He used to earn three rupees a day at that time by doing odd jobs. He shared his inspirational story of the struggle to success through Josh Talks Telugu platform about how he overcame every struggle in his life and treated every challenge as an opportunity to succeed.
Ganesh used to sleep hungry many days and prasad offered at temples used to be his meals. His grandmother used to tell him that this world is a field and you earn as much as money and name when you work hard and never give up and keep trying. His circumstances inspired and motivated Ganesh to overcome difficulties in life and achieve big success one day. He used to work odd jobs like delivering milk, selling vegetables, and hardly earn three to four rupees a day.
At the age of15 years he wanted to study his intermediate, he went back to his father and introduced himself as his son. While sharing this experience, he says I wish nobody in the world should face a similar struggle in life. But his father did not accept him or take care of him. Ganesh already knew how to deal with difficulties and failures in life. He decided to do the best and be the best. He went to the best college in the city and requested the principal to give free admission. He managed to be the district topper. Since then he never looked back, he achieved admission to Badruka college to pursue commerce. He got a job at Deloitte and he is now successful in the corporate sector.
He also appeared in Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu on Maa TV which was hosted by Akkineni Nagarjuna. When he was asked what made him keep going in his life he told that he saw every problem as an opportunity.
His inspirational story is a real motivation for everyone in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. His Josh Talk is a real inspiration for anyone who is looking for how to overcome struggles in Telugu.

సార్ మాది కర్నూలు జిల్లాలో నంద్యాల. నాకొడుకు M.tech వరకు పైసా ఖర్చు లేకుండా బాగా చదువుకున్నడు.కానీ కాలేజ్ లో ఏం జరిగిందో తెలియదు. ఏడు సంవత్సరాలుగా డిప్రెషన్ లో ఉన్నాడు. వాళ్ళ నాన్నగారు మమ్మల్ని వదిలి వెళ్ళిపోయి పదిహేను సంవత్సరాల అయిపోయింది. పిల్లలు ఇద్దరు (నాకూ ఒక బాబు ఒక పాప) పిల్లలు వాళ్ళు వీళ్ళు ఇచ్చిన బట్టలు మిగిలిన ఆహారాన్ని తిని మంచి మార్కులతో పైసా ఖర్చు లేకుండా బాగా చదువుకున్నారు ఇప్పుడు నాకొడుకు మూలంగా మా పరిస్థితి ఏమి బాగాలేదు.ఎంతో కష్టపడిఅందరి కాళ్ళు పట్టుకుని పాపకు పెళ్ళి చేసినాను.నాకొడుకును మామూలు మనిషిని చేయడం ఎలాగో తెలియడం లేదు. ఇంటి పరిస్థితి ఆడికాడికే.సార్ నాకొడుకును కాపాడండి
