I know dogs 🐩 that live in far better conditions than these people do,a lot of apartments in the beginning are very nice until they allow certain types to move in and within years they end up looking like this and they want to know why people load up the moving vans when they move in.🤔

Here in my town groups of volunteers from HUD fixed up so many houses in the 90's and 2000's. Within 5-7 years those houses were condemned and some were torn down. Some black ppl just don't wanna take care of anything
