I think it's more a question of addressing the issues that Casemiro was deficient in... Basically, a younger Casemiro wouldn't have left our midfield as exposed as it was last season. His first season with us in partnership with Eriksen worked well,and Ugartè with Kobbie should be an upgrade. From that perspective, do you think it works, or are you still of the opinion that he just isn't that guy?

Head coach is really just a European term for manager of the first team. Ten hag is manager of the 1st team department. That’s his responsibility. In that role, he will have a say in anything that impacts upon it, via cooperation with the technical director. Tech director Wilcox overseas all football departments. Sporting director overseas all departments, with the football department just being one. This ensures decisions are made for the long term and not just the short run that changes with the wind.
