He's right you know. The problem is not Ralf, but his stature as interim manager. It's clear players are not listening to him. And Ralf doesn't have the authority of disciplining them. The Board has hamstringed him and he can't operate like Conte or Tuchel. The only thing Ralf can do is get new recruits in Jan and Summer transfer window. While the United players will keep up with their tantrums, below par performances, and throw Ralf under the bus, like they did to Ole and his predecessors.

Absolutely. Lack of self motivators. All talk and no action on the pitch it seems. However, I do always bring back to what’s been missing for a good few years - two competent midfielders who can dictate play and pick a pass out. Defence get the adequate protection, we can string a few passes together and move through the lines, fwds get their runs seen and better service. We’ve been crying out for that for ages. I can guarantee we will see an upturn in performance team wise once that is addressed. We can’t get from A to B without that engine room ticking in the middle of the park, it influences everything. Pogba a been sub par at times but mostly inconsistent, Fred has been a waste of £50 mill. I CANNOT wait till we rectify this!

Craig isn't great lol. If the problems he highlights exist it sounds like something a well suited manager could put right. These are management issues. Not everything can be solved with tactics. Sometimes a player needs an arm round the shoulder, or the right amount of shouting at. At the right time. These pundits underestimated the job Solskjaer was doing, called him clueless, and now the next season the club cannot get their performance level up to the level it was under him. Maybe he was getting a tune out of a fairly bad Grand Piano.

He made Lewandowski at BVB to reach his full potential and now he done the same to Salah at Liverpool. Once Klopp leaves, Liverpool will be back to mediocrity cos the owners are stingy and won’t invest. The players will get old and be past their prime in around 2-3 years. The players aren't good enough, the formation isn't suited to the Premier League and there's still a mentality at the club of being selected on your price tag or supposed reputation rather than form. Maguire's club history suggests that his move to United was him "making it", with bump in wages and being played no matter his form, where's the drive to be better if it was never your thing before?! AWB, it's clear as day that he can't cross the ball to save his life, let alone his United career, but he's moved from Palace to United so he's "made it" too and doesn't feel the need to improve on his crossing. You have to sign players based on their potential and their drive to meet it, not based on their nationality. Sancho has the pace to easily beat players on the outside and cross, we're just hoping that he wakes up one morning and suddenly remembers that. Rashford, I have no issue with his off field work because he's making a meaningful and lasting contribution to lives, which goes beyond winning football matches; however, he's surely got to realise the need to put in a bit more on the training field because his performances are less than average. He can't dribble, run past players, pass or shoot. He's offering absolutely nothing to the team. The midfield, whoever plays, makes no difference because Fred, Matic and McTominay are basically the same player with slight variations on pace and how often they prefer sideways passing to passing backwards.
