Tank build came out sweet. As far as regrets I would have none. From the tank to the filtration system set up, you got it going on.

Man that room is setup perfect to chill and smoke and enjoy fish!

Man I’d have that stocked with trout and when I got hungry I’d come and get it fresh, now as a fish tank owner this is a little to much for me to have for just looks

With certain species that`s not possible for the reason that some fish are territorial and some that are bigger will bully other smaller fish if they invade their space,

Duckweed is great cause it grows quick, an you can dry it an make shrimp/fish food with it. It’s high in protein

Great video, thanks for sharing! There's only 1 problem: There are no Red Devils in that aquarium. What you see is a "Midas" cichlid, which is Amphilophus Citrinellus. Look at the video I posted and see the differences. Cheers

I got a couple Oscars, a couple Jack Dempsey, and a pictus…my tank is like a penitentiary. All my fish fight except the pictus, who is the one insane little guy everyone is afraid to mess with. I wish they would just be peaceful like they used to be and I wish they’d let me put some plants in there, but they’re little sh!ts.

The main thing they forget about is Weight on the floor. Most concrete is 3" to 4" thick. Bad news that Chinese grass is NOT for aquariums. Nice tanks, but that humidity must be a killer.

When i move my next house is going to be a slab on grade ranch house. I made mistake of buying house with crawl space. I have an aquarium maintenance company mext to my work. They give away tanks all the time. I have a 850 gal just waiting to be set up 😆

Liked the effort in setting up the fish room garage and building the tank, just wish he applied some of that effort in stocking that tank. firemouths absolutly do not belong in a tank with adult red devils. That's why that firemouth is missing all of his tail up to the caudal peduncle. Not a very humane thing to do.

I don't know how you trained it or how you did it but I had two Oscars they were bigger than yours and I put a divider in between the tank and they bust through to get to each other n tell the last one was standing...Any other type of fish in my tank was eating by one of them.The only thing they didn't eat was my allergy eater and that's because my allergy eater was real big
