The Skoda Dog Carrier is a beautiful looking vehicle. I remember Lincolnshire Police used them as IRV's (before the cutbacks) which I always felt was quite unique, as I'd only ever seen them being used in other forces for specialist roles, such as Roads Policing, Dogs and ANPR Interception.

It sure is! I was very happy when I first saw a Skoda Superb Dog Unit in Herefordshire. Oh nice of them to be used as IRVs! They're pretty good cars and are used as IRVs a lot across Europe but across the UK they're mostly used, like you said, for roads policing, dogs and ANPR.

CobraEmergencyVideos - Europe We have used them in the Yorkshire Ambulance Service as single-crewed First Responder vehicles for a few years now. Excellent vehicles, and more than suitable for the role. In the past couple of years we have also purchased Honda HRVs and Hyundai Sant Fe SUVs. More room in both for kit, but certainly not as responsive and comfortable to handle on blue light runs.

Thanks buddy! Yeah I saw the police car responding, walked into the station and saw the trains were delayed/cancelled. I heard a bunch of other sirens and thought I may as well follow them. So I filmed the scene. When I saw the ambulances my heart sank a bit but then I saw the scene was very relaxed and no other specialist units were there so I knew it wasn't as bad as I thought! Great job by my local emergency services as always. Professional!

They have Citroens, Mercedes-Benz, Vauxhalls and also Volvo first responders.

Not much changed in Worcester then since I moved away. Great capture today

I walked into the local train station and saw the trains were delayed/cancelled. I heard multiple sirens and filmed a police car all going one way. The city has two train lines so I knew I could follow the line not that far and film the emergency vehicles on scene :)
