omg, those are the sexiest words I've ever heard! "the idea that you are afraid, it means you've already experienced the thing you're afraid of. So, you've already survived the thing you're afraid of." loveeeee it.

So why would we continue to fear the thing that happened to us already? Doesn’t make sense

@@Sussana13we fear that it would happen again. Our brains are records of the past and our brain thinks it’s protecting us by bringing up an old memory to warn you. So that’s another reason why we may fear it again because we have not yet replaced those old thoughts and feelings (old programming) with new ones (new programming) and we are still attached to the past or are afraid we have no control over our future when we are the ONLY one to have our future become what we want it to be by being it now, consistently in our thoughts and feelings.

For years I’ve felt inferior without noticing that I’m giving full consent to feel it. I didn’t really want to, but people put it on me and I just went with it. This video is very helpful because it reminds me to change that, to change the feeling without associating myself with the outer man. Seeing ourselves through the eyes of the inner man is what will save us. Thank you, Edward! ❤

When he posted this today, it was such a coincidence to my current situation, it was honestly insane, and it got me thinking theres definitely something beyond what we can see here, its most likely all just a dream, like when you become lucid in a dream and you realize that all those circumstances just don't matter anymore, and then you can change the dream however you want, and it does follow, coz its really all just you.

I kept going around in circles. Sometimes it seemed like I understood, other times I felt like something was missing, but this video brought light and things are more clear. It seems we have been taught to use the logical side that is harsher on both ourselves and others at the expense of the imagination that is loving, giving and non-judgmental. And thanks to you I understood the concept of " in Here". Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this gift. It looks like I got my gifts before Christmas.

We don't experience in life what we want or what we need, but who we are, what we think we are in our minds and all our actions are based on our concept of ourselves, even if we don't realize it. So it is essential to change our concept of ourselves. Reviewing the past and changing our image of ourselves (identity) is what really brings about the change we seek. The level of identity is the key to changing our experience of life and it is only by revising the past that this change is possible.

“In Here there are no abusers. There’s no one who has power over you In Here. You’re not powerless. It’s true feel that, that In Here I Am Powerful. In Here I have control. Anything I’m desiring, I actually have it. In Here I’m heard. And In Here I’m seen.” ~ #EdwardArt ♥ I Love you so very much, Edward! You can not even begin to imagine how much and you cannot imagine how much these words you spoke mean to me and just how I fully resonate with this video! It is wild beyond words! You have literally mentioned exact things that I have struggled with this month. In fact, right in the beginning of this week I was speaking to a few physicians about past abusers and unimaginable violent trauma I went through when I was younger and in my early 20s. I have worked really hard for a decade to heal that and practiced revision throughout these years. But there are still times when I speak about certain events, and it triggers this physical tingling throughout the back and sometimes the sides of my head. I have heard before that it’s sort of like a trauma release. And the body get’s frightened because it feels like it is reliving it. It is said that it gets easier and better each time it’s addressed. But we do not need to constantly address that. Revision grants the best change. We are that powerful! When you mentioned an “Onward collision” I screamed lol because during that time in my early 20s I was in a head on collision (someone hit my car head on in a parking lot because he was distracted bent over picking up his cell phone). It harmed me a lot. It changed my entire life. All these things played a major role at that time, and they have been on repeat in my mind during this entire month. I used to be so full of not just fear but absolute terror. Truly, I was just constantly in a state of terror during that time in my life. And situations, people, and events that validated that State appeared in my world. In the end when it all began to unravel, it was this rapid non-stop devastation and destruction. It is very important that we practice Self Forgiveness. And we MUST remind ourselves that WE ARE SAFE, as you said. We Are Safe In Here. And Neville has made it very clear that one of the most important things is our Concept of Self. People should focus on that, always. Whatever that is going on in the outside world is directly linked to that. I love this technique/mediation idea of “In Here”! It really works to sooth and calm anxiety, especially when spoken in your voice! Really lovely! Thank you for this magnificent video. It is truly as though you have read my mind! ♥ Thank you for YOU ♥ Also, Yay for the Egyptian accents found in this Magritte painting that you have included lol

Yes, I made a video about this that I haven’t posted. I try to explain it simply. But we want to almost react to the inner environment that we want to be in. So we feel what our inner man feels. I will use “he” for it. But we feel what he feels in that environment. We think how he thinks. We mimic him. We stop desiring him and start being him on the inside.

We shouldn't have to carry around guilt, shame, regret, and remorse for things we did in the past when we know damn well what we did and how it was stupid or downright cruel or awful and know perfectly well we'll never do such things again. And as Neville said, to revise those events and actions is the only full repentance. Obviously I say this because I've struggled a bit myself with feeling like it's somehow unethical to revise my own past mistakes. But feeling that way about it IS basically saying that I deserve to have to live with that guilt for the rest of my life. I don't see how that's helpful to me or anyone else in my life.

Edward,Im studying your teachings for so long and I thought imagiantion creates 3d facts but what is this writing ? I copied this from one of your reddit posts comment section. You said there was no change in my body but people start to compliment me.But what if our actual desire is not getting compliments but having that thing in our 3d ? Does this mean if we dont take action nothing will change in 3d but people will start to see us differently ? Im really confused. This is the text you wrote 6 months ago my body wasn't out of shape but it really wasn't how I wanted it. I used to have a ripped body in the past and worked out all the time, but then I let myself go, nothing crazy, but I did not keep up with it. Well, I looked at myself in the mirror 6 months ago and started to tell myself that my body was ripped. I just kept telling myself that. I had no desire to workout, but just kept saying it daily. Then one day I had a strong urge to workout. So, I did. I worked out for about 3 weeks, and everyone and their mother was telling me how strong I look and how good I look, and the whole time I am thinking, "...really? I've been working out for like 3 weeks, my body hasn't even remotely changed...?" Even my SP said, "wow, it seems like everyone can't stop telling you how strong you look." My buddy's gf, (nothing sexual) but she grabbed my bicep and said, "wow have you been working out?" I swear, its laughable because NOTHING was different, only my conversations within myself. I am not even a big guy, think 5'11, 175lbs. I just kept telling myself that and now my body is looking ripped. Here is something else that happened. People are literally praising me for going to the gym and getting strong. I seriously worked out for 10 years prior to this success story and NOT ONE person praised me for working out. And guess what? For those 10 years of working out, all I ever did was criticize my body, and I rarely got compliments. This isn't even about my body. That is secondary. This world is really reflecting back to you what you are telling yourself. So, the principle is that even if you aren't fit, beautiful or whatever, it doesn't really matter, I promise you, if you tell yourself that everyday, people will tell you. So compliment yourself with the sole purpose of raising yourself up. EDIT: People may say, "well you did not wake up with a ripped body, so its not a manifestation." I understand that. However, it does not feel like I worked for it either because the desire is so strong that it does not bother me at all. But the compliments were automatic.

It's up to you to create the right scene. Could be that, after you met, she said she's not into you, and you decided to stay friends. Or a scene where after some time of being in a relationship you both decided it's not gonna work. I'd always imagine lovingly - where you go your separate ways in mutual agreement, no hard feelings.

@@top_tier5593 Hope it helps! (c) About a year ago I went through a very painful breakup with the guy who I thought was The One and the love of my life. On the day when he came to take his stuff (and I realized I'll never see him again) - I was in so much pain, thought I'm gonna have a heart failure on the spot. Then there was a long period of depression. And that memory was haunting me day and night (I'd have nightmares where I begged him not to leave me, waking up in tears). So a few month ago I decided to revise it, and turned a horrible breakup scene into some sort of sitcom scene: "I broke up with this annoying guy and it was such a relief when he picked up his sh*t and was out of my life, phew!" Maybe sounds weird, but it worked for me - no more nightmares.

@@yulidrke3500 thanks again i really appreciate the advice. Sorry to hear of you’re breakup, nevertheless, you did the right thing by revising, sometimes i just get clouded and disregard my imagination but this testimonial has encouraged me to persist in it. Thankyou so much, you sound like a good soul.

4:40 I don’t think that’s 100% true. We are afraid of things we’ve never experienced before but we know it can be painful if we do and the closer we are to that experience the more fear we feel. For example I never experienced cancer but every time I do the routine lab work I get a tiny bit scared of what the results might be. Or just anything that we know is physically or emotionally painful we feel fear if we get faced with it but not yet experienced

No you have experienced those things already. Remember it's also real, your imagined cancer and you felt the fear because you imagined having it... Meaning you have experienced it. Wether or not it manifests in physical reality.

@@Glen_Mali that's a dangerous suggestion. Reality and empirical experience are a realm of their own. there has to be a clear boundary that divides reality and imagination, or the person may start confusing both which in some cases leads to delusion or madness. Imagination or the headspace have a certain power definitely, but its not the same as experiencing tangible reality.
