I prefer Marvel too, but you shouldn't base only in a movie to make your choice. After watching Spider-Man 3, I wasn't all like "Marvel sucks, DC here I come!".

each is own. and no, Green Lantern, Catwoman, Jonah Hex, shit batman and robin are still far worse than TDKR, if you hated the TDKR that is.
