വചന ശുശ്രൂഷയുടെ അവസാനം പറഞ്ഞ ഒരു വാചകം എനിക്കു തീരെ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുവാൻ സാധിച്ചില്ല. തന്നേയുമല്ല അതൊരു ശുദ്ധ വിവരക്കേടും അസംബന്ധവുമായാണ് തോന്നിയത്. "പാതിവ്രത്യമാണ് സ്ത്രീയുടെ മകുടം, ഒരു സിനിമ കാണുമ്പോൾ പാതിവ്രത്യം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കും". എന്താണ് ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചത് എന്നറിയില്ല. ഒന്നുകിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു 'പാതിവ്രത്യം എന്ന വാക്കിന്റെ അർഥമറിയില്ല, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ........ മദ്രസാ പഠനം മാത്രം നടത്തി ഇസ്ലാമിസ്റ്റു മദ്രാസാപ്പൊട്ടന്മാർ പറയുന്ന ഭാഷയും സന്ദേശവും ഒരു ക്രിസ്തീയ പുരോഹിതനിൽ നിന്നും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നില്ല.
