I love this video. Napoleon is great. I love how they stand so close and are comfortable with each other. There is no better couple that I can think of in all these years. The music is very good. I love these boys. Napoleon is something else because Illya can't resist being close to him and I have no problem with it.

I am so very pleased that you love it. The two of them are perfect together. The show holds up for me after all these years and I still love watching the show and the muncle music videos. Such fun!

Absolutely! David McCallum was from a musical family and was a musician on multiple instruments. When the DVD set was released, I was so grateful to be able to get it that, for me, it was well worth the cost. I remember buying some Next Generation DVD sets second hand. Amazon usually shows second hand sets.

That's the whole point of a LITERARY music video! It's the merging of left and right brain. They have the same structures as short stories and are layered for complexity. It's my passion. The one I made today makes 881 music videos since 1986. So very, very glad you like it!

So wonderful to meet another one of us. Editing is an obsession. One of joy. I've always been meticulous and I'm sure I drove my students over the edge. People used to come to my home for workshops for a day or a week. They'd wake me in the middle of the night to show me what they'd finished, I'd critique their problems and stumble back to bed. A while later they'd be back to show me their corrections, and the days and nights would pass like that. If they survived, I figured that even if they didn't remember the precision I'd force into them, at least they'd go away with wonderful war stories.

@@MaryVanDeusenFanVids I am still amazed that what would have taken me a sound board, a VCR, and an editing board I now am able to do on my home computer. I use Camtasia 8.5. The newer version is not as easy to use for what I need. My main focus when video editing is my puppet, King King the First. I started his YT Chanel about seven years ago. It is not monetized as I do it for fun and nothing else.

I started VHS to VHS in 1986. Then went Beta-HBI with pre-roll. Then Beta-HBI to Beta-HBI. Then I talked the research director into getting me out of computer language design and he gave me a multimedia magazine. My husband built a half million dollar video studio around it with 1" broadcast. When we took early retirement, I went SVHS to SVHS using his handwritten edit controller. Then I moved to Avid until I overloaded it with projects. I'm currently doing Premiere. The new versions are rental, so we're staying with an antique system. If you want to talk more extensively on email, use my addr at the bottom of www.iment.com/maida/tv/songvids/historical-list-of-all-music-videos.htm and make the subject line ultra obvious because I'll have to fish it out of spam. Agreed. I disliked the relationship between the two. The way they interact so humorously, but so loyally is my preference. Movies look for just plain conflict.

The very first 2 actors I went crazy over... The Man From Uncle aired from 1964 to 1968.... I was born 6 months before it first aired so I was a baby when I fell for Napoleon Solo (Robert Vaughn), and Illya Kuryakin (David McCallum) and always loved them. :) What I heard though over the years was David did not like Robert why dont know. By the way I went looking for this song and found this video lol. Frankly I think I would have paired the song Secret Agent Man with them its more fitting. Funny thing is Secret Agent Man by Johnny Rivers came out in 1966 right in the middle of there 4 year run..... listen to the song and you cant miss its 2 men.... ;) kzread.info/dash/bejne/hHZ8xbmvobu7gaw.html

I checked and I made the Muncle videos on my old Avid system. That one got overloaded with the sheer number of projects and even opening the app lets you have time to walk the dog, make breakfast and catch up on the news. Really frustrating to just open the app, much less open one of my old vids. So very sorry I can't help.
