Man found an old house in the forest and began reconstruction
This house was abandoned 30 years ago, I want to put it in order and make it cozy. This place will allow lost travelers, hunters and fishermen to spend the night. I will do my best to make a cozy and pleasant forest place here!

Im sure aesthetics are reassuring, though I'd be slightly more concerned with the structural integrity of the building. Are you intending to do any repairs to e.g. roof? Walls? Foundations?
