Oh man I love it, haven’t thought of that toy since I was a child. You’re right it was epic didn’t have a thing on the back that would switch the faces. Probably never should’ve melted it with that lighter

Him and Ram Man are literally the first 2 I think of when remembering these action figures. Yes, even before He Man and Skeletor. Maybe because kids for some reason ALWAYS had them lol

Can we get an R-rated He-Man movie in the style of the thumbnail art? Something bodering on horror with hard hitting no nonsense battles??

Well of course as in symbolism turn the E around and becomes a 3. Yes many faces indeed.

My favorite character and the first figure I bought in the '84! Sadly I don't have the figure anymore...

He-man and the MOTU was the first action figure line that I got into as a kid. I would have been around 7 when they came out, I f'cking freaked when I finally got one. Of course He-Man and Skelator were the first 2, Trap-jaw was the most popular with everyone I knew. I had Man-e faces, don't remember playing all that much with him. By the time the figures like Stinkor came out I had moved in to Transformers and GI Joe (which I think was the what I played with the longest). Once I discovered heavy metal at around 10-11years old, I was done with toys. That was actually pretty young to shrug off toys.

Man-E-Faces also may have served as inspiration for the Transformers animated incarnation of Blitzwing as he also had three separate Faces that's spun though this was controlled more so by his mood swings

I had the action figure as a kid,and he was my favorite.

My brother bought me every action figure and castles of that series. I put them in a box up in the attic which was a mistake. The Texas heat destroyed them all. I was going to give them to my son when he was a young boy just like my brother had done for me when I was very young. I screwed that up tho.

Almost made the comment that the narrator needed to learn the origins of Adam/He-Man until he finally stopped calling Adam: He-Man after the first third of the video. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️

I saw someone cosplaying as him one time. The dudes costume was awesome

You know what would be cool if Man-E-Faces face changes from human to monster to robot depending on his mood swings

2002 show had a very good episode with man e faces Beast man could control the monster face and which caused man e faces to essentially loose his confidence

I never had HE Man toys so I made them out of paper, drew the back and front of their bodies, Elmer's glue to harden them and their weapons.

Man- E-faces was one of the best toys back in the day then ZARTAN GI.JOE SOUND WAVE TRANSFORMERS🙂

The real question is why didn't heman ever just cut skeletor's head off? I know that would be a giant plot hole but still. Doesn't that make sense to anybody else?

I love Man e Faces. My very first He man action figure and a character that surprisingly doesn't appear a lot in the original cartoon.

Man-e-faces has never looked more badass than in this thumbnail.

The thumbnails are better then the actual origin.

I love hearing this guy retell these classic He Man stories. It seems Man E Faces main power was his impressions and costume design.

In at least the 2002 show, it was established that Man E Faces had different abilities for his different faces. In his robot face, he has electronically heightened accuracy with his blaster pistol and a more analytical/ strategic mind. In his monster face, he has heightened strength and can grow sharp claws, but in that form, he can also be hypnotized by Beast- Man's special whip.

What exactly is your theory? I drank chocolate milk every day as a kid. I'm 5'10, my best friend did the same, and is 6'2, my cousin, who also did every day, is 5'2

why are all 80's Character objects/images always the best ones, e.g. look at HeMan, Skeltor, Sword, transformers, these days look like japanimes.. so much toony .. even the sword is so awsome ..

This guy needs to know the difference between Adam and HeMan but he REALLY NEEDS TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TEELA AND THE SORCERESS

Zoar is also the Sorceresses form when she leaves the castle, as she gets weaker the farther she is.

Starting the video with the comics didn't help, where the Sorceress's original form is what we got as the Teela action figure, since they hadn't quite solidified the designs yet. (Also why Man-at-arms doesn't have a stache in his plastic form)

in the early comics. she was called or known as the goddess, the sorceress and teela. so he is right. its before the prince Adam is heman thing. in the cartoon she reinvented as teela na.

@@jeremygray462 She was a separate person from Teela. Teela was a clone of her. At best it can be mention that Teela and the goddess were combined briefly, before separating again. Either way, it's still an inaccuracy and should be pointed out. Plus they were not showing the proper images to go with what was being said.

Omg so many wrong The falcon Zoar is a female as it is the sorceress. The comic shows Tee-la, captain of the guards When telling the story that is Prince Adam, not he-man. For the love of eternia if your going to speak of a cartoon a generation grew up loving then do it right with the correct names of the characters

true. but heman is so much better. cartoon,toys,comics, only time could prove that and it did. heman has been remade so many times. thundar wasn't. it's just like galoob golden girl action figures they are just like shera but shera was out about a month b4 golden girls. you see everything is a rip of of something else. conan the barbarian for example.

First of all why do people insist on calling Adam He-Man when they are Adam ? I know technically they are the same person but that's Like calling the Hulk Bruce Banner when he's The Hulk I mean yeah technically they are the same person but they are completely different characters and I like how this guy puts huge emphasis on Man -E-faces I mean damn dude it's said like this many faces sorry if it seems like I'm nip picking but just once I'd like to watch a He-Man video where the KZread creator was actually a fan of He-Man is that too much to ask?

Man-E-Faces had all the originality and creativity of Superman's, Clark Kent persona. Not exactly sure how this guy equates to a master of disguise?
