Why didn't they report how he fell?? How the machine went over at 20ft????? I work on those all day!! Almost every day!! A lot higher than 20ft! Wtf????? Sad report! Who's paying who to not tell the truth???
I just lost my fiancee & his worker after they tipped over 25ft up this month (June 2020).

@@jambo8442 Yes, this one was very flimsy. He should have used the forklift but only had to put a piece of metal at the top of the airport hanger real quick. I pray for your safety, my electrician passed from an electrocution. Very sad.
Never propel a lift in the raised position.
I've been working on theese (and other more advanced lifts) for 6yrs now and i tell you that you need to be super talented to flip over its side. If The scissor lift isn't lvled on The ground IT will not lift up over 3 meters. The feeling is very unpleasant when You're in the basket 8m above The ground- when you move IT starts to swing a bit, but for The lift to fall on its side you really need to swing IT hard on purpose or Don't value life or never got proper training and license. I'm sorry for all The people that lost their lives working on them thou. Tbh safety harness wouldn't help either if it falls sideways.

Different lifts, different manufacturers, different safety features, if any at all
The risk we take every day we go to work just to get a piece of the pie.
Hey, this is the second death in the past month due to a scissor lift falling over. Need to figure out what's going on here. Not cool! Training is grossly inadequate.... imo.
