Paternity tests should be legally mandatory before a woman can try to get child support from a man!

Now this I agree and I can't believe that these men are being allowed to sign birth certificates without paternity test I mean talk about so easy to save a lot of court costs and unnecessary hardship from the very beginning Then at least if the man that then decides to sign the birth certificate he does it with all transparency

That default father stuff is ridiculous. And just saying go to court is also not a solution. Alot of times the address they have is wrong. Girl give the wrong address or don't know a current one. Some guys have courts cases and warrants and not know bc they didn't get the paperwork in the first place. Then when they find out, they're 2k and up in the rears. If u do get the papers you have to get the time off work. Some could loose their jobs if the time off isn't approved. Just to say its not yours. Thanks we uprooted your life and wasted your time. But hey! You can start over. No. Plenty of women just name a sucker/ a guy that they know they can pin it on. Plenty of women collect support from guys who they KNOW are not the father. They just gave anyone's name. And its up to the men to fight cases to clear their names. And often times even after a paternity test is done, the state doesn't address the rears. Because they go back to when the child is born. So you're stuck.

That this man was only a possibility... And then he has to pay child support for her son!? This woman knew this man was not her child's father. She just put his name on for child support to get back at him for something out of spite. So now he's not the father will she do time in jail for giving the court false information!? She knew she slept with many men at the time. She said it with her own mouth. smh. This type cases are the saddest. She really needs to pay attention to what Judge Lauren said, because she has to change a lot about how she's living and live better for her children. I don't even want to ask how many children and by how many men this young woman has... Just hopefully she will learn from this too and change for the better.

Paternity Fraud is neither a prosecutable crime or usually accepted in civil court. BTW, it is the only fraud case that is not considered criminal. Most women use the BS excuse of "interest of the child" and family court lets them ride. Iowa became the first state just a few years ago in the United States to even award a man punitive damages for fraud. France outlawed paternity tests all together after so many men were finding out they were not the biological father of children they were supporting. Paternity is an open dirty secret that is widely state sponsored.

Any time a boy comes to court with his mom or if his mom has to intercede then he is not being a man. Both were irresponsible and now the child has to suffer. Use protection young people. Go to school and get yourself straight before you deal with another person.

Bruh that ain't even his fault tell her to not go sleeping around with other men and get herself pregnant and then hurring to put the child support on someone else she didn't care but getting pregnant or getting a STD when she was doing it and that is her fault not his and his mom is better than any mother cause she actually came there and sat there cause he was in another state and can't leave the state because of the child support that she put on to him so don't say anything about his mother and try to. Not say anything about her cause the only person in your comment is him and his mother girl bye your bias

The only thing I disagree with is the government allowed this woman to just give a name and put them on child support. But this woman here is very mature. She carried herself well. She didn’t argue out of spite. She knew and understood that there was a possibility that he isn’t the father. I hope the mother of the man is proud of what she raised. The young lady will be raising a better son than that other mother.
