Man City's Bribery EXPOSED | Why Premier League Referees Are CORRUPT | VAR | PGMOL | Kovacic

Спорт

Man City had yet another refereeing decision go in their favour as Michael Oliver failed to send off Mateo Kovacic in a 1-0 defeat vs Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. While VAR and Premier League referees have been in the news for their incompetence, this video proves why corruption maybe at play and how trips to the UAE are very much a conflict of interest for all involved. Furthermore, it looks into what this means for Man City, Michael Oliver, VAR, and Premier League refereeing in general moving forward.

This is an absolute and utter disgrace yet the media refuse to touch upon it. Let me know what you think down below!

Spot on. I say the corruption was there to get Manure back to the top. At least 10 of the 13 prems they won / cheated were due to ref corruption. Won't be surprised if Fergie has an epstein island for refs. Now it's the turn of City and Maybe Newcastle. Game is rigged and all football fans of other clubs other than those mentioned know it. Controversy sells they know it

I'm gonna wake up one day knowing that Man City has 666 charges and still get away at that time.

Thanks, Uti. There is information in your video that I did not know before. I have confirmed it in mainstream media: referees being offered 3 times more to work in the Middle East; Howard Webb saying referees gain "experience" in the Middle East. It is a recipe for the creation of wobbly officiating.

Yep, corruption at worst and subconscious bias at best. Either way, not helping the sport one bit!

Well said Uti, and it needs to be said. Personally I was completely shocked and almost in disbelief when I heard Premier League Refs were moonlighting in the Middle East. Its a crazy practice.

Thank you for continuing with this, and I agree, even if its not conscious corruption, its unavoidable bias. Its always been not great, but this season is the worst I've seen in the Prem Also don't get why corruption allegations are seen as so far fetched. Italy had calciopoly, Spain had Pep's Barca bribing refs. Why is it so outlandish to believe that the UAE and Saudi - two human rights abusing states - would stop short of influencing refs? The UAE is already spending so much on City (and with the 115) why wouldn't they? Edit: Completely understand if you don't keep up with these PGMOL videos tho, they must be so frustrating/miserable

And it's not just foreign countries. Google MATCH FIXING IN ENGLISH FOOTBALL and find the Wikipedia article of that title. That should open people's eyes.

No problem at all bro, will continue making them if any new information comes to light, for now the international break has been a timely one for referees up and down the country! You're spot on with that, so many dodgy things have happened in football, not to mention any human being will be swayed subconsciously by the sort of treatment these refs receive in the Middle East!

I'm sure a statistical analysis of penalty claims against penalties awarded, will show the big clubs are granted more penalty claims and have less awarded against them than clubs lower down in the league.

I haven't seen highlights yet but they is a saying "don't piss on the hands what's feeding you" while officials can explore different avenues in UAE Saudi USA. They is still a conflict of interest sport is for the peoplenot Saudi families or oil barons get back to basics

There is nothing wrong with var or the rules. The problem is that more than 40% of all EPL officials were born in or currently reside in the greater Manchester area. That's why on average the Manchester clubs are favoured by the refs and their rivals suffer. That's also why that despite the apparent dominance of the Manchester clubs over many years they have performed poorly in Europe because they have no influence there. We have the best players, coaches, mangers, owners, hell even fans from all over the WORLD. Yet our officials are all from England and the vast majority are from Manchester. This is the source of the corruption. It's not ineptitude, it's much more sinister and people are finally waking up!

You just got to love the experience excuse if that's really what it was for then send them to a game further down the pyramid or even better send them to a Sunday league game but it's lies piled on more lies with these goons. They got to fill their pockets which atleast on that front touché to them but they impact the sport over here because of that which is inexcusable.

Can't pretend I know much of what happens away from UK football to comment Uti but these pieces you're doing are not only revealing quite what PGMOL are setting themselves up as (an international ref supply agency no doubt to feather their own nests, never mind the football) BUT really do pose questions about the obvious stench emitting around them. Ultimately if they want a quiet life, doing their jobs effectively at home would help, but full transparency of PGMOL's wider aims should be published with ultimately some form of independent body to oversee contacts between multi club owners contracting PGMOL officials outside of the English game and their network of international owned clubs so a conflict of interest can never arise. Putting the genie back in the bottle perhaps, but what a vipers nest they've created for themselves, ripe for theories of a conspiratorial nature simply because, like PL VAR, PGMOL have failed to put a clear (the the fans) structure in before flying off and taking the bunce. FFS if 'experience' is what they're after what's the matter with reffing League 1 on a wet night at the sheep pen? Presumably the pies down the A52 don't quite rise up to Emirates standards!

Brilliantly put as always Tom, I also believe that dropping down a division or 2 is the best way for them to "learn" (if that even is a thing for a referee at the very highest level)
