I’m pretty everyone was aware of their mid deeds or foul play, but in reality you need to gather the “correct” evidence; have the right people to care about enforcing the rules; and coming up with a fair punishment. Not just in football, in a lot of politics, there’s just a lot of “wrong” and corruption. It’s disgusting to me, a lot of people in powerful position turned a blind eye to stuff.
