Exactly. With 5 minutes to go, they showed the determination to get that goal that they needed to push it to extra time. Our men’s team needs to show that spirit that our women’s team does

Both Lampard and Emma Hayes got massive support from the board. Big players were bought to both teams but look how Emma developed this team. All the big players are performing, they are unbeaten in the league this season, conceded 6 goals while scoring 30goals. Then you look at Lampard and his big players and it's all sadness

What a sh!tty comparison to make. What kind of Rival managers does Emma Hayes have to compete with? Im not knocking her at all shes obviously done great, but you cant compare womens football managers all largely unknown, to great and influential ones like Klopp , Mourinho, Don Carlo Ancelotti, Pep Guardiola, Bielsa and even rising talents like The Southhampton and Wolves managers and in some degree Scott parker who played excellent football against us.

you have to consider that our men’s team was already struggling last season with a lot of academy players and transfer ban, the womans team was and is considered the best female team in the premier league even before those signings they already had a system that was working well and they finished first in the league. its easier to integrate players into a working team since you have time to do it slowly and carefully and the pressure level isnt even close in comparison. lampards mistake was basically rushing with the transfers, way to many players with no PL experience got brought into a wobbling team and that just completely destroyed our team chemistry and things like playing players out of position doesnt help either obviously. its still on lampard tho, im not trying to protect him just hoping that he can evolve and find some progress with the team.
