Getting a dog caught up on vaccines and getting them neutered takes time, especially to heal and ALL of that would have had to be done before u.s. customs would let her in, idk about u but my vacas arent more than a week.. That dog was fully healed when she arrived, so she was probably transported at a later time especially to have time to be vaccinated, neutered and to heal that would at least take 2-3weeks not to mention to have all the proper paper works in place to bring a dog into the u.s. from another country, its not as simple as tossing a dog on a plane... .so I can see why ppl thought someone else brought her to Philly cause it's literally how they made it sound in the video.

When I was 12 my friend's family invited me to their home in portugal. There was this very sweet dog that looked like she was pregnant. I fell in love with her and I wanted to take her home so badly, but I was only 12. I like to think that my friend's relatives continued to take care of her after we left. She was such a sweet girl.

The caribbean islands have tons of organizations that do their best to get these dogs off these islands and into the states. there’s rescue partners in the states that drive the dogs to their new homes. I’m involved with an organization in Antigua. God bless everybody that helps get these dogs new homes.
