I miss the fuck out of this playstyle. Wotlk was the best time for arena in my opinion. Back then we knew how to fuckin trinket quick enough to make it literally look like you immuned the CC. The gameplay was so tense and just one misplay/mistake was the deciding factor. It pushed you to really become a better player. cata and beyond just gave every class a million defensives and slowed gameplay. Nothing will compare to wotlk.

The best part is that the whole pvp thing has basically moved to private servers,some of which are purpose built just for pvp,it's basically like Aion in it's glory days - the best pvp players and scene as a whole was on private servers.
