@@Naized Your entitled to your own opinion buddy, but a flat-plane crankshaft does not only sound like a European wannabe, but completely removes the idle chops which is notorious in any American muscle car with an LS/LT or Hemi engine, and on top of that you get more torque from a cross-plane than a flat-plane. Do I like the C8 ZO6? Absolutely. Does it win the overall appeal over a C6 ZR1 or C7 ZR1? Hell no. Nothing beats a big bad LS9 or LT5 with a supercharger on top and a manual transmission. That's as Corvette as it gets.

Guys kill me with saying the C8 Z06 is not a supercar. It idoes 0-60 in 2.5 sec, beats 60% of the "SuperCars" made. Excellent pull on the RAM though. Difference between rear -wheel drive and AWD. Like to see how it does against the AWD E-Ray, the quickest of all Vettes to date.

Cannot believe the zo6 starting pulling like that on it at the end. Always thought they sounded terrible in videos. Raced one in my 2017 c7 grand sport the other day and it sounded amazing. I had to let off the gas at one point but it was a rolling race and I have 630 WHP in it.

I’m still taking the Z06. I have a TRX and the suspension is scary with the HP it has already. Same with my 392 Wrangler. Gets squirrelly. Redeye backend just spins and spins with barely any throttle. I need something more planted.

I have one too… and I already need more brakes as it is. The ZO6 made me fall in love with sports cars again just like the first time I drove a 458. It’s just perfect

@Henessey: Have you thought about going into motorsport, like maybe GT or FIA WEC? It seems like you would do well racing if you're able to build enough cars.

How about in the track how they compare are they tied as well ?

E-Ray (especially the turbo) would have kept up with the launch.

My buddy has a Mammoth 1000, and for some reason, he decided to pull his camper out to Montana from here in Minnesota on a little trip with his wife. He averaged a little better than 4.5mpg. And people think they get range anxiety with an EV? Lolol.

Just wait for the C8 AWD ZORA. 1000 hp stock on a mid-engine will bastardize that TRX.

“Almost Double” is pushing it. It’s 500 hp more, that not close to 700.

Take the big wheels off and lower it to see what happens.

Yep can’t say quickest if there is no time. But basically you can minus a 10th from a zo6 and that’s it. Which means it’s a false claim. Maybe the fastest they produce. Far as I know Rippa tuned has the record.
