Wheein is really good with a rather small amount of the language and tends to stick with what she's comfortable with, but is more willing to try bigger words than solar. Solar is generally willing to try a lot more, likes trying new words or phrases out, but they may not stick with her for long without practice

Solar English improve a lot as can be seen during their world tour concert. They speak a lot more than last time. ❤

@@roguereacts When it comes to following grammar rules, syntax and vocab, I would say Solar is the best among the 4. But she tends to be shy and lacks confidence when it comes to speaking it on cam. The other members also have said in the past that Solar is the best among them and that she actually speaks more english than any of them off cam. So I would assume that she actually knows better than she let's on when there's a camera around. The rest of the members speaks english more on cam but most of the time ends up funny coz of their syntax and word choices. 😆

Solar fits variety show so well. And I really miss Big Yong Sister she's so funny 😂

Oh, anything with yonghee, aka big yong, interacting with solar is great content. She's in a lot of solarsido videos and there was even a tv show the two did together Big yong works in the fashion industry, though i forget her exact role in it. And for years she was like the celebrity your celebrities had a crush on, as mamamoo members always talked about her in these hushed, almost fawning tones. Moos were finally introduced to her through solarsido, where she instantly gained a fandom of her own Until recently, yongsun and yonghee shared an apartment (with their dog yongkeey, so all 3 got called the yong sisters), but i believe yonghee moved out when she got married earlier this year

On their trip to the NY Kcon it was Solar who (under some protest) did all the interacting with vendors in English. Wheein has the best pronunciation but at least at the time Solar had the most English. It may well have changed.

It's funny how yong failed at styling herself lol. But big yong was too good at this. She really knows all of them very well.

This reminds me.. Moonbyul's youtube had a video with Solar in it, as a promotion for Honey. (Moonbyul2da Camping Car with People Onboard episode 1) 😂 Also, would recommend Solarsido Just Interview for Moonbyul's Lunatic (6equence) promotion then. 😁😁😁 Solar also went to radio show and became the Guest DJ for a month, and Moonbyul sort of invited herself for her Lunatic promo as well (she sent a sms in on Day1 and asked, the staff said OK and so Moonbyul got herself a guesting on Solar's radio show for the very last episode.. it was initially an audio only episode, but in the end they video recorded it and it became a video and audio episode instead. 🤣🤣 well.. you can't not video record MAMAMOO.. they're just too chaotic visually to not record their shenanigans 🤣😌😌)

Solarshido has so much good stuff- mukbang, plenty of stuff featuring colleague 1 aka MoonByul, sky diving, truck license, deserted island, surfing, fridge tour that ended up with her cooking something for her and colleague 1, Yongkee, some other stuff with Big Yong. Byul’s youtube channel has fun stuff too with a lot of it being camping because Byul likes to camp. Wheein’s channel is so very much Wheein and there is a fair amount of her cat.

lol great videos. jessi is hilarious and solar is my bias so I already knew she was hilarious and well I am a guy so solar and jessi and boob discussion and whatever that chest bump thing was, hilarious and yes big booty is solars favorite lol. Solar is the best english speaker but obviously not very well but I dont judge her japanese is far better than my japanese. For backstory, Solar did a challenge with a body builder dude to then be on the cover of Men's Health with that guy. Took months of a horrible diet and extreme workouts but that is where the Abs she has came from and she did in fact end up on the cover but basically abs go away as soon as the diet and exercise are less extreme. Only solar could interview herself, roast herself and be hilarious. Best part of the sisters is when Solar loses even though she is solar, she never got it that the contest was to style like mamamoo, like solar not yongsun, lol how can I lose, I am solar, lol. She has a lot of content on Solarsido, besides hilarious, dance, the mukbang and covers but some serious things too, she did a tour of the war museum and I learned stuff about the korean war I never knew because she tells it from the perspective of korea not the US.

I miss Showterview 😭 Jessi is so good at making people feel relaxed and comfortable. I enjoyed Sunmi hosting as well Big Yong used to be on Solarsido a lot more since they lived together for a long time. I miss her too 😂 She works in the fashion industry so of course her styling is on point! (though I'dve voted for Solar's Hwasa look imo)

I believe the actual comment made was 'Solar is a interesting existence' which is just so much more fitting than using the word 'person'. No entity in the entire universe is as interesting (aka weird) as Solar.

To be fair, I think Solar understands the most English out of the 4. But conversationally, she just goes with what she’s comfortable saying which are the stereotypical phrases you hear from Western artists and celebs 😅 which makes her delivery waaaay too funny 😂 so Jessi was kinda right that she should hang out with more English-fluent people

I ended up doing her new album in lieu of the variety video, BUT I do have one lined up for after the deep dive. 🥰

Wheein the perfect child is the best in english after her it's Monnbyul, Solar then Hwasa. Solar and Monnbyul had some legandary fights. Throwing cornflakes at eachothers head, punching each other, they just had one rule "no punches in the face" because they had to go on stage and perform. Yonghee (Solars sister) is so sweet, she lived with Solar for some time and was more on Solarsido during that time. The videos with her, Solar and Moonbyul are always fun.

No it's Solar by far. You need to watch some of the video call clips with international fans. She has massively improved her english.
