mamamoo has a lot of strong points but i guess their strongest point is that they know how to have fun in the stage and also to control it..rookie groups are usually busy with just doing their choreo and leave but with them it's so natural to be the performer..i hope these ladies go a long way... with rookie boy groups i have sort of give up hope getting fun and excitement in their songs...I am glad that I at least have one girl group to rely on..

It's hard to believe that they're a rookie group. The way they perform and their stage presence make it seems like they've been a performer for years. And there are only four of them. Not many groups can managed to do that.

agree with u 100%. mamamoo surpass all my other fav groups on so many levels!!! (my fandom would piss on me for saying that!!) like their performance is always top notch; no ones voice falters and no one outshines the other; their chemistry with eachother as well as the chemistry with the audience shows and everyone looks genuinely happy! like mamamoo literally FEELS their songs (as well as the other songs they sang and for only less then a minute each!!) their expression and additude says more then "this is my job and i should smile" theyre true entertainers and fresh as hell! srry i rant xD

Me right now ahaha last month I've been watching Immortal Song youtuber reactions non-stop while working and seem to have watched most of them, so moving on to their other vids. My Mamamoo journey keeps on getting better and better

Moonbyul's smile is so fricken cute!!! I'm crazy for it.. and I'm a girl lol

The fact that they rearranged an entire track to fit a medley and pulled it off in a completely natural and effortless way without lipsync continues to astound me to this day. These girls just keep getting better.

you could tell they were hungry for success here, putting their all into a performance, because they were still newbies. they have great performances now too but the passion is not at the same level as before

I'm a Blackjack and since the disbandment, I've looked for groups that has a strong stage presence and the body isn't the literal "korean standard" and MAMAMOO is I just what I have been looking for. Edit: I'm now a BlackMoo 💓

People label Mamamoo as vocal queens, which is true, but i also think their songs help showcase their abilities by having a lot of harmonies and room for adlibs compared to generic pop songs. So kudos to that too!

MAMAMOO is really good in entertaining their audience. While other KPOP groups would just focus on choreo while lip-syncing, these ladies are so natural in having fun at the stage while serving great vocals. They will always be my queens ❤️

when i hear some kpop groups i feel like they are some just artistic product but when i hear Mamamoo it's different. Hey are all 4 artists, complementary, talented and so charismatic ! don't make me say what i've not, not all kpop groups are product, there is a lot of talent in korean music industry but Mamamoo is for me the top group.

I recently just fell for MAMAMOO after their latest comeback and I'm sitting here wondering WHY I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING ON THESE BEAUTIES!! Their voices are literally so amazing like vocals are on point!!! So happy with their first win. They have a bright future ahead :)

sure they're not very popular, but they won Queendom, and Park Bom rated them as above her in performance. which female group has 14 performances in Immortal Songs 2? only MMM. 2nd is Gfriend with 4. also, MMM is the 1st and only female group that performed in Best of the Best special episode of Immortal Songs 2, and they got some wins in rounds vs legendary artists. MMM is the 1st guest in Killing Voice and the video is the 2nd most viewed Killing Voice. in Melon chart MMM is ranked 2nd in female groups from all generations with the most songs with over 10 million unique listeners. they have like 32 songs and 1st is 2ne1 with 37. in 3rd gen groups MMM is 1st and the 2nd don't even have 20 songs. there's not even a contest. MMM competes with 2ne1 = the biggest 2nd gen female group instead of 3rd gen groups. Apart from being great vocalist, there is something so damn sexy about MAMAMOO that I can't pin down. They don't bring the typical girly-girl cute cute to kpop... they bring a more mature sexy to the scene. I really love them a lot.

I love their voices, I prefer this tone over the higher tones that the kpop industry loves

ariel majors no i agree, but Mamamoo is seriously, legit, one of the only girl groups where each person has strong vocals. I mean in red velvet, Joy, Yeri and Irene? Or in Apink Naeun? Aoa Seolhyun. Snsd yoona, hyoyeon, yuri and sooyoung all don't have very strong vocals like Mamamoo has. They certainly do have other talents though, but not every one of the members can sing;)

There have been a few but they seemed to lose a lot of weight eventually. Not a bad thing of course, but it's nice to see a variety of body types! Hwasa is absolutely gorgeous!!
