It’s one of the selected temples where lord shiva is established in the same temple premise with goddess -Parvati in the form of Bhramramba devi shaktipeeth. Among the 18 Maha Shakti Peethas, the 6th is Sri Bhramaramba Devi temple.
Narasimhaswamy in Satyayugam, Sri Rama alongside Sita Mata in Tretayugam, all five Pandavas in Dvaparayugam, many Yogis, Rishis, Munis, Kings and devotees in Kalyug have visited Srisailam and earned the blessings of Sri Bhramarambika Devi and Mallikarjuna Swamy

Thank you..Very informative detailed video.. One question for 5000 Rs ticket Abhishek at gabhalayam, how much time you were there infront of Jyotirling? Also at a time how many couples are allowed at time of Abhishek in garbhgrah? Also let me know if it worth to do Abhishekam at garbhalayam?

Har Har mahadev! With 5k ticket at a booked slot time one couple with a kid upto 10 years can go inside the garbhgrah in same ticket price. If the kid is above 10 years of age charges for the kid will be 500 extra. You get 5 to 10 minutes time inside the garbhgrah to do the abhishekam. Yes definitely It's really worthy to do the abhishekam inside the garbhgrah , you will start feeling the worth as soon as you will enter the garbhgrah itself. It was a lifetime experience for us!
