This is the latest progress on the mall of asia expansion project in 2024.The northwing of sm mall of asia is having a major renovation to add more floors to the two level mall.
The SM Prime's 60-hectare SM Mall of Asia is expanding into one of the world’s largest mall on the occasion of its 15th anniversary.The former entertainment mall at the back was demolished to give way to new and exciting projects a new skygarden and a football field is currently under construction.
MOA will add about 250,000 square meters to its floor area, spanning a total of over 650,000 square meters, which will count as one of the largest in the world, a fitting milestone to a mall that has touched the lives of millions in the last 10 years.
SM Prime Holdings has earmarked as much as P1.5 billion to redevelop Mall of Asia, which will expand its selling area by about a third and become the country’s first shopping mall with a football field on its roofdeck.
The upgrading of Mall of Asia is part of SM Prime’s medium-term expansion program.

Sayang yung ganda ng seaside ng MOA ang ganda pa man din ng pangalan ng mall nkk-proud pg nababangit ang MOA pg asa ibng bansa ka, plus yung ganda sana ng lugar nito lalo ng yung seaside tatak sana ito ng Manila ang MOA at famous sa golden sunset nito. Sana sa bagong reclamation ba ginagawa magkaroon ng mga mas kahanga-hangang gussla, pasyalan malls at gardens babagayan ng Manika Bay na kinaroroonan nila .

Oo nga yung mga gusali sa likod ng double dragon mall puro intsik kaya walang tao namamasyal dyan. Sa paligid din ng parqal mall. Kaya umiiwas mga pinoy sa area na yan.
