It is not a continuous shot. The two shots(one is on the top floor and the other one moving down) are stiched brilliantly by the editor. Look at the red shirt guy Infront of the Benz car , when the camera on top floor. But as soon as the camera moves down passing the window, that guy just vanished😂 ...continuity mistake

After watching once, i muted and watched too see the rolling camera, then too see Fahad & Nimisha. Then i closed my eyes just to listen to the BGM...a masterpiece

This is not a single shot, tha camera travels from the first floor to groundfloor and follws the character, that cannot be single shot. It is just seamless editing that makes it look like that.
