Malgudi Days (Hindi) - मालगुडी डेज़ (हिंदी) - Trail of the Green Blazer - पाकीट मार - Episode 32
This is the story of a pick - pocketier and his final outcome in life when he tries to take right path which is practically satire. Raju, who is a pick pocketer continues his profession bluffing his wife that he is earning ease from various business, etc. On one such occasion he follows a gentle man with the Green Blazer finds that he has bought some balloons for his daughter and ultimately pick pockets his purse. While removing the cash from the purse notices the balloon, which the man bought for his young daughter. He is really upset thinking what the child will feel when he goes back without the balloon. Raju push back the balloon in the purse and tries to put it back in the pocket of the gentleman with the Green Blazer. At that time he is caught, beaten up and handed over to police with the feeling that never again he will ever sympathize with anyone.

From pakistan watching it for the first time but i can feel that its this serial is a part of the Beautiful past of many Indians. Thanks to the internet for giving us the opportunity to observe the old days of different people of the world

I am from Kashmir and this serial was a hit in 1980s and 1990s. I think this series along with Imam Ali AS in persian are the best TV serials in the world.

I'm fed up of new films .series.....now I watch only old film and TV show...they are really nice...take me to my childhood day...there I belong❤️❤️❤️👍
Truly a classic. Every Indan should watch it. It's amazing how they fit so much into a 20 minute episode. Really rich and interesting stories, perfectly executed writing, direction and acting. Some shows are destined to be great and timeless. Malgudi Days is one of them.

I don’t remember when’s the last time I was craving to watch any of Bollywood movies or series but I can’t get it off of my head since I’ve watched malgoody days episodes. It became my regular show. It’s pure gold.

OMG as a School kid we have B/W TV of those days this serial come at 9 in the evening but didn't remember the day only sweet rememberence nothing else. Miss my Childhood.

Malgudi Days was mostly shot in the picturesque Agumbe village, Shimoga District, Karnataka. Most places and things shown in the serial are intact till date 😊
