Honestly the automatons were not nearly as difficult as people were making it out to be online. In the first part of the video I was only level 4 and was not familiar with them at all, which is why I had such trouble with them to begin with. But yeah, they are not that bad when you learn how to fight them.

Stay stealthy, attack from a distance. Everyone bring orbital lazers for bases. A lot easier than bugs imo
