Malema addresses supporters after court ruling on his discharge application
EFF leader Julius Malema has addressed supporters after the East London Regional Court dismissed the discharge application filed by him and his bodyguard Adriaan Snyman to have charges against them dropped. Handing down the judgment, Magistrate Twanette Olivier said the fact that there were no eyewitnesses who came forward to report the alleged incident does not take away the seriousness of the offence.

He is alleged to have accused the magistrate of incompetence and corruption. If that is do he should be charged with contempt of court and an assault on the administration of Justice. If they don't then they must not cry when ordinary people will tell them to take their judgments and stick it up their noses.

But honestly we need people who are fearless like him just note how these judiciary abuses their duty cases adjourned judge doesn't turn up on the day of the court no notification to the other parties and noone can ask why ?are they above the law ? they report to who?
