At some point in the future, I WILL be doing an update responding to my Male Loneliness video and explaining in detail how my life has changed. Life is MUCH, MUCH better, and I'm forever thankful that this video has given solace and comfort to so many people, but we don't want to stay in this place forever. My friend says I'm taking the path of the Buddha. Everything we need is already here. 💛 If you want to continue the journey with me, consider watching some of my newer videos. Alternatively, you can chat and hang out with me while I play video games on Twitch www.twitch.tv/spincyclemkv I stream four days a week : Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 P.M. CST to 8:00 P.M. CST and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M CST. 🎮🎧 If you find my videos valuable, please consider supporting me directly @ www.patreon.com/spincyclemkv With love, Spin 💛

I'm a subcontractor and I tore my bicep tendon 6 months ago. My boss always told me I'm the best worker he's ever had,I made him a rich man off the sweat of my back. We do 1099 forms though so I'm not getting workman's comp or any kind of aid... Society itself has abandoned me. This injury ruined everything. The people in my life all act like I'm just lazy. I'm fucking broken man. I'd love to see them do a single shift pouring concrete, or building decks like I used to do. They wouldn't be able to handle it. I worked that job for years too. When you mentioned that in the video about getting hurt on a construction job... I feel that man. I'm completely alone and nobody in my church, family, or even my old coworkers want to reach out or help me. This injury is slow to heal, I didn't get surgery because I can't afford it. Distal bicep tendon tear. Fuck people man.

Your experience and being tossed aside faster than a used condom is why I don't like the white collar types especially when they are so entitled while everyone else is expected to hold the bag. As for being abandoned by the church is no surprise At All and is partly why so many have walked out never to return for a multitude of reasons. Anyway as for misery I would love to see those over compensated office drones clear out a thirty ton sewer blockage by hand and needles included.

Agreed. Fuck people, man. They're awful. Sorry for your loss (regarding the humanity thing) but it isn't really a loss at all... you simply know the truth now- you can see clearly now, the rain is gone. So start taking CoEnzyme Q10. About 50mgs a day is good to start with. It will speed the rate of healing of your body. Also use heat nightly. Ben-Gay is nice, but Tiger Balm is better (if you can stand it- it's pretty hot). Soak your injury in hot water. Exercise regularly- just don't exercise the injury. Look up some KZread vids regarding physical therapy for distal bicep tendon tear and follow the regimen but DO NOT OVERDO IT. You'll get enthusiastic as soon as you start to see progress and you'll push just a LITTLE too hard, and you'll mess it up again. Resist the temptation- just let time heal you. Eat clean. Low fat, high protein (chicken and turkey breast and beans/rice dishes) and drop junk food altogether until you're completely healed. Refined sugar will increase inflammation and stop you from healing quickly. You should be good to get back to light duty within 4-5 months of that, but your mileage will vary of course. Best of luck. Peace be upon you.

He hasn't deal with his trauma and is clearly mentally unwell. This is what people do who are not well, they bring down other people and seek other people to hurt not realizing that demeaning others is simply projecting one's own hatred for yourself. It's better to admit YOU are hurting and to acknowledge it. I don't understand what you get from this, and your other comment that is saying I'm going to be transgender. Who gives a shit? No one with a good life that's for one. Why not try to heal yourself? Why lay down in this depressing trench you're lying into trying to bring me down. Why not figure your own shit out and be happy yourself? I mean this genuinely. Demeaning others in the way you do shows a fundamental misunderstanding of what you are, a small part of nature playing out its programming. I am the same. You can't love yourself until you stop hating others because you see what you hate about yourself in others and project it onto them so you can keep your own bullshit hidden. Go heal yourself. You can do this. The resources are out there.

So, it seems like he's at the same point as he was when he made this video." Here's a legit response. "I wouldn't say I'm in the same place. I'm not sure if you watched the videos in full, but I've made tremendous progress. Thanks for watching!" Instead you blew it out or proportion, said the guy doesn't know the first thing about life, proposed he was attacking you somehow, then played nice guy at the end with a passive aggressive "Get help". Want to know what the likely scenario was? He probably didn't watch the video, like the vast majority of any youtube audience, was browsing your channel in another tab, half listening, and saw a video with a similar title. I (32) never experienced love. I have never been huged, kissed or had a realationship. Every single women rejected me. I need to go alone to bed, wake up alone. When I am sick nobody takes care about me. Vacation, restaurant visits, hiking. I need to do it alone. I got the feeling that as a woman you have always company. My sister always had a bodyfriend though she is shy and insecure about herself. There was always a man ready to fall in lover to her. Even when she was single, her phone was full with text messages and had a lot men wanting to talk to her. Even the girl who are saying, they are unattractive, have always options. But I have completely nobody. The last and only hug I ever recived was, I guess 2010. From my mother. Funnily I remember covid. My sister and her friends were most singles. After three months they all started complaining how hard it is to not meeting men in a romantic context. They said they are depressed and lonely. The advice they usually give - just hug your parents - they were off course not doing themselves.

On average women will not experience this kind of chronic loneliness and because of that, they don't understand what it's like from our perspective.

I think something like 1/4 middle aged - older women are on antidepressants. It's why women are so obsessed with retaining their looks. Once their looks fade, their value plummets.

They call you an incel, a pathetic man. They tell you nobody owes you anything. 2, your move is to NOT play a game thats rigged from the start, you focus on yourself, etc. You forego all that stuff entirely to spare yourself the pain. You can have a woman and nothing will change because valuable and deep friendships are more improstant. Most comments include a strong generalization of women and here we go.. you complain women don't care while also trying to diminish their feeling (of being lonely) and showing that you don't really care also..

Smartphones, social media and dating apps are some of the worst things ever made. It’s like we opened Pandora’s box. Made people less social, made male and female interactions less about personality and more about superficial things like looks, money and status. Made men have to work 10x as hard because there are all these rich, and famous guys on social media who have set the standard in a lot of people’s heads. Gave women too many options, to where they choose the best or not choose any at all because they couldn’t make up their mind. People are not supposed to have so many options like this in life. When we were living in tribes, all we had as an option to eat and drink was whatever animal we killed and water, that’s it. The human brain is not accustomed to so many options. Meanwhile, average men have either no options, or barely any options, and our problems don’t get heard because society doesn’t care. Men are seen as disposable tools and walking ATM’s in this society. And I already know someone is gonna comment something stupid about me “hating women”, or “stop complaining, and man up” but they’re just proving my point about how no one cares about men’s problems. I’m just stating facts.

for me personally, the most fucked up thing is how the patterns of behaviour regarding these things work in our society ... like, is there any way left to meet a girl apart from social media or getting drunk ? When I was younger I used to get with random girls all the time but there was never any substance to it. Then after 20, I started thinking deeper about things and realised that this didn't make me happy at all, if anything it made me feel somehow dirty. The very few times I had a genuine love interest I messed it up because I was a pretty troubled kid so it didn't turn out well at all. Now I'm 30, I have a good job and I'm actually in really good shape, probably the best I've ever been but now the idea of hunting for women in nightclubs or on social media just seems cheap to me. I haven't been with a girl in any capacity for 6 years now, but I actually feel incomparably healthier than back when I was in high school or early 20s when I used to hook up with girls on a regular basis while drunk. I think the minds of our generation have been molded by porn, social media and substance usage to the point that even the way we engage in relationships has become consumeristic and it's really hard to meet someone to have a genuine experience with.

Almost no women talk to me romantically and if they do I never pick up their hints. I’ve just kind of accepted that I’m probably going to live most of my life alone, I might be in a relationship with or marry a woman for a short period and then she will leave and I will live the rest of my life the same I did the first half, on my own. Then people tell me that "you have to let it go, you're stuck in the past", when I talk about this stuff. It feels like they don't take me seriously, because I'm a men. When my abusive ex leaked really personal stuff about me (even worse than leaking nudes, honestly), people basically said "just let it go". THEY WOULDN'T SAY THAT TO A WOMAN, EVER. Just go to any video that touches on these subjects and you will find testimonies of hundreds of men which don't have any voice otherwise. I happened to see a short where some woman psychologist was recounting her experience of a man telling her how his wife and daughter would see him in a lesser light if he actually became vulnerable in front of them, the comments were quite telling. What's funny is that if you ask women online about the things men need to worry less about, not being afraid to be emotional and vulnerable is #1. They really want their man to open up, except they really don't. So what were the comments under the video saying? Hundreds of gut-wrenching stories of how their wives/girlfriends said they'd be okay if they open up about their insecurities, their traumatic past etc., but once they did--- these things were used against them in future fights, the woman's behaviour changed, she left/divorced. Others were about how they were openly ridiculed by women but only other men ever understood them and were supportive.

its the basic principals of evolution sadly. Woman can only have a limited number of children whereas men can have virtually infinite of them. that creates the drive to play down men and push up women in society. Most "eminist" complain that women never were allowed to do anything because men wnated all the attention. That was just simply not the case! Almost every ancient script to this topic refers to women as having to be protected because of their value in society as cildbearers and men having to fight and die for them because factually only a single male is needed to get to the next generation.

All I've ever known is rejection, getting ignored, people looking past me, not acknowledging my existence, actually telling me I don't look good enough or am not "boyfriend material". Most of my friends are all married and have a family. The toll it's taken is almost irreversible. All the therapy and medication isn't enough sometimes. The women around here are so pampered and any man that dares show any emotion or opens up about being lonely gets criticized. Hence why I personally don't talk about it with anyone here. You’re very young, your brain hasn’t even fully developed yet. Take advantage of the plethora of time you have. Don’t start out adulthood with the mindset that you’ll never be able to change, because you won’t if that’s your attitude. Exercise, read, get a skill, travel (if you have the means to), and try to go outside your comfort zone. Ingrain healthy habits into your life and by the time you’re midway through your 20s, you should be in a good place. Im 26 now and I never really had that message instilled into me during my teens. Spent way too much time with my head in the clouds, feeling sorry for myself and dwelling on past traumas and missed opportunities. Im a mess, though aware of it now and trying to change. Trust me you don’t want to just start on the path towards change at my age and older. It just gets harder as the years go by. I wish you the best of luck.

When men k*ll themselves it’s statistically to avoid consequences for a crime committed, relationship breakdown or for (minority) mental health issues eg alcoholism. When women do it’s often following male sexual and physical abuse, bullying and harassment, revenge porn etc. Then they want us to help them stop male suicide. GTFOH. They create their own problems AND ours then expect us to mommy them out of it.

In my experience, more women care about men - real men, than we actually care to think or hope. A lot of the man-hating, more & more every day, is coming from male Feminists who are jealous that they can't possess & control women. This may have not previously been the case, but as of the 2020s, your biggest obstacle is now basically envious soyboys, "player-haters" as it were. Meanwhile, women _used_ to hate men, but these days, the trend is waking up to the real problems & giving men who chose to grow up a chance, or at least to be supportive of them, just not sexual, which I get, considering how burdensome dating is these days. But yeah, a lot of the real problem these days is that men treat each other as villains if they have even the slightest competitive ability.

This really sums up a man's life. I don't think women are able to conceive this. Judging by the complaints they have about life, I am sure their auto deletion rates would be 100% by their 30s if they experienced just a glimpse of what we go through everyday. Your video remembered me of that old saying "it is when the apprentice is ready that the master shows up" (maybe it is written differently in english, but you get the idea). I am almost 30 and surely 5 years ago this wouldn't have resonated with me the way it did now. It is kinda crazy how the algorithm knows us. It wasn't more than a few months ago when I came to the same conclusion regarding gynocentrism. Even though it is sad that this is even a thing, I found support in seeing guys from the community you quoted putting my thoughts into words and actually explaining why it happens. this is coming from a 31y/o whos been in about 12 relationships since 14y/o, some short ,some long...but i learned alot. do not ever tell a women or admit to a woman any weakness or emotional feelings you have. especially to a female partner, they will say "you can cry infront of me its okay to open up..etc" but realistically they dont want to actually SEE you cry or witness you being weak. they dont even wanna hear that you crieD. regardless of what made you emotional. its changes the way they see you once you show sadness or cry infront of them. 100% of the time. regardless of what feminists or other guys may think or claim, many women have admitted this to me when ive asked. they have said in these very words-> "when i see a man cry he seems weak and i don't want a weak man, i want a tough man". women have said this to me almost word for word multiple times. PLUS, there is nothing that talking to a female (that your interested in) about your feelings will achieve if you hope to ever date or get with her. the only women that a guy would be so vulvlnerable with are typically partners or friends with benefits. the exact group of women who are turned off and away by men who emote openly and have no control, openly crying. or even just here or there. your never safe bro, unless your married for 20years, shes given you kids and aint going anywhere AND you don't care if she sees you as weak, THEN you could emote openly and not care. still can only cause problems, women cant understand men and they sure as heck cannot help us heal with their words.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I really feel the situation was so different 10 or 15 years ago. When I was younger it was still difficult to meet and know a girl, but it sure wasn't as frustrating as it is now. I felt it was more of a game, where you sometimes won and most times you failed and learnt something. Nowadays you just get rejected by default. It is so strange to get a compliment. Couple weeks ago, I requested a coffee in the usual place, and maybe I was specially funny or something that day, but the waitress wrote have a nice day on the cup. I almost broke into tears, and I have a picture of it because I know it won't happen for years again.

I was in my late 20s when I finally started to see life for what it was. I had spent 2 years making a mastery of my body trying to be the "perfect one" that they'd want to be with. The reality is, women don't like men like me. I mean what I say, and say what I mean. They want the dream, the could be, the butterflies from uncertainty. It's exciting. I don't live like that. It didn't matter how much improvement I went through. Unless I was willing to pretend to be the kind of guy I never wanted to be seen as. I was never going to be the recipient of positive female attention. It was shattering and I spent a lot of time angry at women. Mostly because it was women who raised me to believe otherwise. They lied to me about everything that would be important when I became a man. And why did they do it? To protect themselves from the shame of the society they have advocated for. It took a long time to get over it. Then I hated myself for a while for being so stupid that I believed in the great lie. I had to come to the reality that women are a certain way, and men are a certain way. Most women only want a certain type of guy, and most guys are not anywhere close. No matter what I did, how I tried to change, put myself out there. Be part of the community, volunteer, attend events, try to socialize. It was just depressing. You'd see people that put no effort into anything be given everything, and still be ungrateful for it. Now I stay home, tinker in the garage, play video games, or go for a walk with the dogs. I don't speak to women any longer. I avoid them completely where I can. I only give them attention when I have to in order to complete a service, or pay a bill etc. Even then every interaction is a challenge to myself to see what the minimum amount of energy and attention is required to complete it and be on my way. It's probably not preferable for most, and I'm certainly not the average guy. I was born with a giant head and a horseface. Like I said, women want what they want. It isn't me, it isn't a lot of us. All I can say is this. I'm never lonesome when I'm by myself. It's only when I put myself out there that I feel alone. I don't know if this helps, or is just rambling. I just want you to know that you're not alone. It's not just you, and to not beat yourself up to bad. I wish somebody had told me that when I was your age. It sure didn't feel that way, and I wasn't ready to see it through eyes not clouded by anger.

YES. I love being by myself and people think its weird. Not to sound full of myself but I'm a very good looking guy, girls flirt with me quite often, but I'm just not interested, or not ready(I'm only 19), never been in a relationship or anything, I enjoy hanging out with people, sometimes not all the time, and people always think I'm some freakshow because of all this. I think maybe one day I'll be apart of a relationship, but I really don't think I'm ready yet, I'm scared that once I do I'll build a codependence, and once it's gone I'm fucked, as for now since Ive never felt it I'm perfectly happy, ignorance is bliss I guess.

as a woman, I can vouch for this. It's really shitty but most of the time the men we want are the ones we can't have, i.e. the ones everyone wants. It's shitty because it definitely plays into this toxic paradigm of high standards women have for this ideal man that almost doesn't exist, leaving behind a lot of really otherwise good guys and a large gap in the dating market. I appreciate your honesty and I think hearing men's pov can help us women become more self aware of the gender disparities that exist when it comes to dating, loneliness, friendship, intimacy etc. Thank you for sharing 🙂

You avoid 50% of the population because you've been rejected in the past? Jesus. You deserve to be alone if that's how you're going to behave. Have you never been bullied by a guy before? I'm guessing as soon as that happens, you'll have to avoid the other 50% 0.o It's just incredibly strange because despite facing several rejections myself AND having been bullied by guys, I proudly continue to treat everyone I meet, male or female, as individuals. So fuck you. Life is hard enough for ALL OF US, including the female ones, without random strangers acting cold to us over nothing we've done to you.

That's the thing though, you aren't him. He wants to feel loved while in a proper relationship because he hasn't felt that, while you might've (I don't know your life, just a vague example here) felt that before, the fact that you've experienced it allows you to move past it and pursue other things. I personally was on both sides of this fence, around the time of this video I was single for a long time and quite depressed/lonely because of it. 2019 I found a relationship that lasted a year and a half, my ex and I never saw eye to eye because she often would insist that women had it worse. So for me, someone who's been through the shit, and shared the same bed as a woman who passively saw me as someone who had this invisible privilege while she constantly told herself that she had it worse, I'm absolutely done with it. Now, anyone can blame me for getting with a woman like that, and I won't disagree with you there. Anyways, this got a lot more wordy than I thought it would. Hope the OP is in a better mental place regardless.
