@@smokey_mcbong my point is from the start of the inception of the current government, they claimed that they had "concrete evidence" to put him behind bars but until today they couldn't link him directly to any of the cases that were accused. They then resorted to this public defamation on a figure that helped a lot of middle to lower class waging people.

Usually it was MCA that provide the war chest for BN. May be that time, I refer to GE 13, due to less Chinamen support, they can't get enough fund. So Jibby took money from 1mdb and used it for GE. Ex MCA leader (the av man) admitted Jibby provided the fund for that GE and they did use it. I am not saying it is right to do that. I am saying every idiot who supported and voted BN and their candidates basically enable it. If Jibby smart enough and walk off before GE14, grand old man (aka Tun) likely won't joined the show and UMNO could have won GE14. Jibby won't end up in jail.

MACC became active against corruptions only AFTER najib started to lose power and control. Before that, MACC turned a blind eye. Nothing was done to stop corruptions. They follow the norm to ensure self-interest. "If you can't fight them, join them" is the motto of self-interest. 😁

Now u can say u dont mind on 'how they obtain' the audio..u should study more into the 'darkside' of political behaviour sir..I'm not on Najib's side at all but i was thinking, the 'people' who tapped the audio, I really want to know on what 'level' the permission have been given, and how many more the audio they recorded..its really good to have it as the proof to take down Najib but to look futher up this things, 'the people' who did that can redo do the same thing on this new gov..if they want to use it as trap..as what I mean 'the people' is on the 3rd party..and when this audio have been expose openly,not in the court, what worried me is, how bout our economy?how bout other diplomat will feel 'safe' to talk n stay in our country?they will feel threaten by the act of tapping the call makes they fell unsafe here in Malaysia..it will makes outsider thought that Malaysia can do 'anything' even to spy the embassy etc..i dont knw..i really dont knw..i agree but at the same time disagree as well..as political media approach,the goverment should let all the Malaysian knw that the goverment 'have' the proof to put Najib into the jail,use it during the hearing in the court then once Najib plead guilty,then only the court/police/gov release the audio to us,the citizen of Malaysia..i dont knw..i jst look futher..not only to bring down Najib but it jeopardise the act of privacy for all of us..

@@aizamzakry961 well..... lets take youtube n facebook as example, many posted video they took without any consent or knowledge fron the other party, but many criminal cases solved thanks to them ( of cos some will take advantage doing something bad ). In this world, ppl will take advantage on everything whenever they can n nothing we all can do to stoo it. So the main concern is not about who took it, it is about the implication from the content, whether it bring disaster or justice, or just a neutral content that affect anybody.

And only someone close to Najib should be able to access n wiretap it...Just happened recently the case against Rizal , Rosmah aide who was charged together w Rosmah on Sarawak corruption case was dropped by the prosecutors. Coincidence? Maybe... or maybe he sold his old masters off to save his own skin? Seems plausible

Boy oh boy the audacity to said "what permission". Every phone call that has been made is recorded. It's recorded by the carrier. That is and always been the rule stated by our Jabatan Komunikasi. It's clearly he is using his personal phone to made the call

In about 10 seconds..He went from saying ‘ this is relatively a small matter’ to ‘ this is bad.. this is very2 bad’ That explains everything doesn’t it..??

Justice is NOT obstructed. It was tainted. It was actually unequal and corrupted bcos it is not impartial. The corrupts are in control of the judicial system. This must be eliminated b4 real justice can be delivered.

Lots of critics criticizing about the MACC actions rather than the content of the cover up involving the nation sovereign wealth. Nothing wrong to tell the people of Malaysia the truth, right?

there are merits to criticism about MACC actions because they are law enforcement and there are procedures in place to ensure that the audio can be SUCCESFULLY be submitted to evidence and pretty sure doing a press conference is not one of them .. it would have been much better if they leaked it to the media if they want the truth to come out ... unfortunately these actions may be ammo towards najibs defence ... take a step back and explore what the actions may bring

Thanksful to PH on their last general election victory. Without this, the justice for Malaysian has never been done.

As a Malaysian ,we are very disappointed to have this kind of man leading our country. We have spoken out this matter and we did in 2018 in general election. Najib and his govt collapsed. Too bad we had appointed our former long served PM to lead once again and he spoiled everything. Now we need to do it again in the next election expected to be held any time before Sept 2023 which is the last date. Most of the informations regarding this issue hasn't been published before so the nation doesn't knows the actual situation surround us before. And many of us didn't know the truth about the matter. Now the truth has been prevailed. And our judiciary system is working on it to recover the bad images done by previous government led by Najib and even before. And again,the attacks over the judicial been launched by Najib's supporters to make it look bad especially when the judgement over the trial has been made and Najib has been found guilty over SRC International case. And as we all knows,there are at least 4 more upcoming cases to be faced by him.

I respect mr Najib.. He always makes history.. and makes his wife happy. 😳🍿

good observation sir .. my theory based on countless of lawyer movies/series is that because of the release may cause some issues in court and the evidence could be expunged (i.e illegal wiretapping/deepfake etc)... but who knows .. it would be a sad story that justice couldnt be done due to the clumsiness and ineptitude of the authorities .. i dont believe theres another level of corruption in play, just stupidity .. occams razor

saya sokong 100%.. harap2 ada pihak yg dapat membuat alih suara ke bahasa melayu,bahasa cina,bahasa tamil dan dipublishkan pada masyarakat yg tidak begitu mahir berbahasa inggeris... perkara seperti ini penting supaya golongan ini juga mendapat maklumat tepat utk isu ini.. golongan ini mungkin dianggap tidak pandai tapi jumlah mereka bukan sedikit especially yg duduk dipedalaman dan golongan yg berumur.. mereka mesti diberi ruang utk memahami dan mendapat pencerahan..

An evidence of a case is supposed to be leaked to the public? Why didn't they just show it in court? Lol, because this isn't proof of anything that's why. It's just a conversation between two business partners and plus, why is it only partly exposed? Where's the rest of the recording?
