山打根市是沙巴州第二大都市，人口49万，华人约占16%，大多祖籍广东海南，通粤语及客家话，又因景貌类香港，曾有大批香港人在此做生意，故有‘小香港’之称。另外，山打根市是曾轰动一时的日本电影《望乡》中以阿崎婆为代表的日本南洋姐们的主要生活地域之一。油棕业，海产业和旅游业是山打根主要产业，此外亦有人从事渔业及林业等。

The best video on Sandakan, the 2nd largest city in Sabah. When I was in KK, planned to visit Sandakan, unfortunately due to time constraint, have to opt out. Happened to bump into your video. Awesome!
