I was on a flight with the steward at the end of the video, he was so friendly and cracking jokes with the passengers along the way to Narita.

What an 'appetite causing' flight review, Gavin. The chicken murtabak looks heavenly and it makes me want to join in for a bite or two. At home I would finish the sauce by dipping bread in it and wipe the dish clean til the last drop. (I was born in Indonesia, but I grew up in The Netherlands, so my Asian food 'addiction' is in my genes.) Malaysia Airlines has such a friendly cabin crew and they'll always do their best to make you feel comfortable. Thank you for letting me 'bonceng' on this KUL to BKK ride; I enjoyed it to the fullest! (do you know that Malay expression? It means 'giving somebody a ride on the bicycle' , or 'giving somebody a lift'.) Blessings to you and have a lovely weekend, Hendrick

@@FlightTravels chicken murtabak is cheap street food on the ground. Does not fit to be airline meal.. .ppassengers are fooled by malaysia Airlines.

Very disappointed MH782 on 28/10/2019 from KUL to BKK, simply changed our paid seat selection from row 10 to row 48 (last 3 row) without telling us, very poor arrangement from the check-in counter.

Due to heavy business travels all around the world weekly, and being a gold member of MH, I am still awaiting for MH to improve the standards of customer service atleast against "One World Group". There has been many flights which I did not get the drink I wanted such as "Gin&Tonic with a Piece of Lemon" because most of crew members have never heard of such a drink. I am also a gold member of Emirates and "Star Alliance Group", and compared to say TG, SIN, EK, MH is no way near to the highest standard of inflight customer service. I have pointed them a lot of discrepancies in inflight entertainment system for music, because if chosen "Backstreet Boys", I did not get to hear the song I want as it was all jumbled up. Upon reveal of such issues, the Purser got confused and afterwards I was given Malaysian Hostility compared to "Malaysian Hospitality". I am not being harsh here but if anyone in the world who wants to improve customer service in an airline industry, should think about the most meaningful and practical way to go by. To me flying in any airline means "being welcomed to their home to spend some hours of my life" which is true to all travelers. All I expect is for MH to get better at what they do at best which is to take care all passengers with feelings which deliver the kindness, acceptance and a memorable time during any flight around the world, which is the key to become the best airline in the world among other airlines who try the same or more. Wishing them all the best in the world.

Sorry to hear of your unpleasant experience with Malaysia Airlines - I am honestly quite surprised the cabin crew have not heard of G&T, especially when Gin is part of their Business Class drink offering. I would encourage you to relay your experience to their customer service team. Have a nice weekend - FlightTravels

I notice the IFE touch screen was a bit unresponsive like Garuda does... It should be manually operate by remote.

Fake smiles...fake courtesy....corruppted and bankrupt Airlines. Asian passengers are discriminated against caucasian in cabin service.low quality onboard meals.indonesian Airlines the best.. though i am malaysian.did the cabin crew ppretend To be busy looking away as you reach the entrance?mh cabin crew is full of pretentions and insincerity while on duties.
