    At 3:19 notice how he’s hinging and setting the club ON PLANE. He sets the club head on the target line. It’s key.

    I agree with everything he's saying about joints. I think the tension free swing is for those whom are already very tense and exceed firm. I went from a smooth 145 8i to 170 once i firmed up everything. I would argue the more firm the grip while the rest of the body is in tension = faster. But thats just my own journey.....not sure what is beneficial to the masses. MM definitely knows what works given the numbers though.

    A firm grip say a 5/6 on a 1-10 tension is great. The body at a 3/4 is significantly faster.
