Sir i suffer for malaria vivex from 6 year i take many time clroquine and primaquine but parasite many time relapse dr suggest liver hypnozoit stage not clear please suggest me sir

In 1st day chloroquine 620mg at starting dose .after 6-8 hr of having taken 620 mg ,can we take another 310mg in the same day? & Then 310mg in the 2nd sir?

i have used synriam, pyramax, piperaquine plus artem; mefloquine plus artem, artem plus lumenfanrin; sulpha based to no respite. i get better for 10 days with chloroquine. For the first time , i recently used Malarone, no good. Am looking for Primaquine

Doctor Atif, it depends upon the brand you are using if you are using Artem-DS or Gen-M, you may use 1 tablet twice daily. But I only explain generic forms of drugs. This dosing is taken from Oxford Handbook of Medicine 10th Edition. 😊
