@@Melvin_Thoma Yeah. I was a Jacobite Orthodox Christian but now I am a Syro-Malankara Catholic. Even we use the same West Syriac liturgy as both of them.

@@Melvin_Thoma Sir, I have taken this decision as I got totally fed up with the Bloody sectarianism within the church and both of them keep involving the Non-Christians in their personal fights. I feel ashamed of myself for being a member of a church which strongly believes in Sectarianism and also which supports the gentiles over their own religious people. But the Catholic Church never does this bullshit. There are three Catholic rites in Kerala and they are Syro-Malabar Church, Syro Malankara Church and the Latin Catholic Church. All these three Churches are liturgically and traditionally different from each other but they don't hate each other and are United as Catholic Christians.

@@Melvin_Thoma Well, the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church's liturgy is 95% similar to the Jacobite/Orthodox liturgy but the only change is that they don't invoke St. Gregorious of Parumala and also they pray for the Pope Francis instead of The Patriarchs of rhe Syriac Orthodox Church.

@@matiusvengal If that was the case, we would not have seen liturgical services in the Old and the New Testmant Church. Again Revelation portrays the heavenly litiurgical service. Liturgy in imperitive to one being a Christian.

Mar Thoma Church see's communication with the departed as a form of mystery which is above our understanding and hence does not have intercession or prayer for the dead eventhough the Church does not claim it to be wrong. While Orthodox and Jacobites affirm such communication. However theologically all three belong the the Oriental Orthodox Family of Churches (Mar Thoma is not part of the Communion, Jacobites come under the Syriac Church, and Malankara Orthodox Church claims to be autonomous eventhough not agreed by the Syriac Church:)

@@MatthewZmusician209 Mar Thoma Church is in communion with the Anglican communion. So they have a Protestant theology. But employ the West Syriac Rite of the Syriac Orthodox and Malankara Orthodox churches with modifications to suit the Anglican/Protestant theology.

ഒരു കുർബാന കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് ദീര്ഘയ്ച്ച ചൊല്ലുകൾ ആവശ്യമോ ? രണ്ടര മണിക്കൂർ ! എല്ലാ ആഴ്ചയും ഒരേ പടി. ഇത്ര സമയം എടുത്തുള്ള ആരാധനയാണോ ദൈവത്തെ പ്രസാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നതു ? അതോ ഇതാണോ ഭക്തിയുടെ ലക്ഷണം ? ഇതിനെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യാൻ ഒരു പുതു തലമുറ വരുന്നുണ്ട് ? ഈ സമയം സഭ്യങ്ങൾക്കു ക്രിയാത്മകമായി ആരാധനയ്ക്കു, സംഗീത പഠനത്തിന്, ബൈബിൾ പഠനത്തിന് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കൂടെ ?

ആവർത്തന വിരസമായ ആരാധനാ ക്രമം എല്ലാ ആഴ്ചയും ഉരുവിട്ട് കേൾപ്പിക്കാൻ ദൈവത്തിനു എന്ന മറവി രോഗം ഉണ്ടോ ? വിദേശങ്ങളിൽ കുർബാനയ്ക്കു അനുബന്ധമായ വേദഭാഗം പട്ടക്കാരൻ വിശ്വാസികളെ വായിച്ചു കേൾപ്പിക്കും . അതിനു ശേഷം ഗായകസംഘത്തിന്റെ അർത്ഥസമ്പൂർമായ ശ്രുതിമധുരമായ ഗാനത്തിനൊപ്പം 5 /10 മിനിറ്റ് കൊണ്ട് കുർബാന തീരും. ഈ നീട്ടി കുർബാന ചൊല്ലുകൊണ്ടു ദൈവത്തിനു കൂടുതൽ സന്തോഷമാകുമോ ? നോ നെവർ ! ആ സമയം അവർ വചന പഠനത്തിന്, കുട്ടികളുടെ പരിശീലനത്തിന് , ഗായക സംഘ പരിശീലനത്തിന്, ഭക്ഷണ കൂട്ടായ്മയ്ക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു .

It is not for God. It is for the people, the believers- a time of worship, meditation , contemplation and reflection- a repetitive reminder of faith and belief incorporating a lot of mind , body and spiritual approaches if fully participating mindfully in the liturgy and service.

Worship is worship , Other times we have Sunday School, choir practice, other fellowships , youth meetings etc. Holy Communion is distinctively different.Those who doesn't know the tradition and ethoes cannot understand it.

ഒരു കുർബാന കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് ദീര്ഘയ്ച്ച ചൊല്ലുകൾ ആവശ്യമോ ? രണ്ടര മണിക്കൂർ ! എല്ലാ ആഴ്ചയും ഒരേ പടി. ഇത്ര സമയം എടുത്തുള്ള ആരാധനയാണോ ദൈവത്തെ പ്രസാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നതു ? അതോ ഇതാണോ ഭക്തിയുടെ ലക്ഷണം ? ഇതിനെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യാൻ ഒരു പുതു തലമുറ വരുന്നുണ്ട് ? ഈ സമയം സഭ്യങ്ങൾക്കു ക്രിയാത്മകമായി ആരാധനയ്ക്കു, സംഗീത പഠനത്തിന്, ബൈബിൾ പഠനത്തിന് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കൂടെ ?

This is the Cursed 3rd Generation... You can spend 4-5 hours with your friends, Social Media etc. You cant spend even 2 hours for God, who is there for you for your whole life and after death as well...!!! Shame on you!!! Cursed are you....!!!! May Yehova enlighten your mind, by making his face shine upon you and give you wisdom...
ആവർത്തന വിരസമായ ആരാധനാ ക്രമം എല്ലാ ആഴ്ചയും ഉരുവിട്ട് കേൾപ്പിക്കാൻ ദൈവത്തിനു എന്ന മറവി രോഗം ഉണ്ടോ ? വിദേശങ്ങളിൽ കുർബാനയ്ക്കു അനുബന്ധമായ വേദഭാഗം പട്ടക്കാരൻ വിശ്വാസികളെ വായിച്ചു കേൾപ്പിക്കും . അതിനു ശേഷം ഗായകസംഘത്തിന്റെ അർത്ഥസമ്പൂർമായ ശ്രുതിമധുരമായ ഗാനത്തിനൊപ്പം 5 /10 മിനിറ്റ് കൊണ്ട് കുർബാന തീരും. ഈ നീട്ടി കുർബാന ചൊല്ലുകൊണ്ടു ദൈവത്തിനു കൂടുതൽ സന്തോഷമാകുമോ ? നോ നെവർ ! ആ സമയം അവർ വചന പഠനത്തിന്, കുട്ടികളുടെ പരിശീലനത്തിന് , ഗായക സംഘ പരിശീലനത്തിന്, ഭക്ഷണ കൂട്ടായ്മയ്ക്ക് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു .

It is not for God. It is for the people, the believers- a time of worship, meditation , contemplation and reflection- a repetitive reminder of faith and belief incorporating a lot of mind , body and spiritual approaches if fully participating mindfully in the liturgy and service.

Worship is worship , Other times we have Sunday School, choir practice, other fellowships , youth meetings etc. Holy Communion is distinctively different.Those who doesn't know the tradition and ethoes cannot understand it.
