The last act is easy, the wooden board has steel mechanism at an angle and is connected to hydraulic piston (notice he waves his hand under and abov center of body) The the magic wire includes judge involvement the burn illusion is caused by flash paper.

I swear to god that judges who come to join at stage knows the trick as there is a jack somewhere and if somebody is called to be used as a prop then he/she will definitely know that something is attached but both judges are paid well as well as contestants in return of the increased trp this will give and that's for sure
