lol my pound shop glasses broke last day i was in spain.like you,one lense,i was stuck in spain seville/linares for 3 months ,during lockdown in 2020,eventually came back from malaga,12 hour wait in airport,nothing open,charging stations area blocked off,though a couple of guys risked it,then to amsterdam,9 hour wait ,nothing open,then back to heathrow,nightmare.have a good trip

Hi Kevin, I don't know how you do it. You must be exhausted. You still give your viewers so much interesting information even though you're totally fed up and just want a comfy bed. Great advice on Ryanair cancellations. Was the restaurant where you got the half cooked burger Jamie Oliver's or just coincidence? Hope you're finally home and having a well earned rest. 😘

Kev.I.N big hugzzzz what a FAFF all this is and its not your fault for a change 😱 hope you made it back though in one piece. Its many years since I used EJ&RA and never ever had problems with them as airlines. Now my preferred choice is Jet2 👍 With you not having work commitments, like myself, I would have sacked the flight, gone back to Malaga booked hotel and booked a new flight. Then argued the toss with RA once in UK with insurance company/ATOL. Cheers DougT in Mancs

The same thing. I have autism and find any abrupt change, loss of baggage, long queues etc... a nightmare. Costs for even a moderate stay in my home country are just too dear for what you get. Hotels and restaurants are finding it very difficult to get staff for the summer season and all rooms booked out by people who were saving a fortune during the 2 year pandemic and working from home. Now all this money is circulating through the economy pushing up prices. Flights to any cheap foreign destination (rare) are now too dear for the like of me.

You can use a two pin in a three pin socket just use a pen and press it into the top hole of the socket before pushing in your two pin and it works everytime!

Only option Helen I had to get back for family reasons next day.

So they Ryanair didn't sort put you on the next available flight !? I assume that was because they are on strike !? Thus you sorted what you thought was best. Feel for ya !! They say bad luck comes in 3's. Hope you get some sleep soon and things get better ASAP
