Super Vanirha

Hey Vanita. Some tips to make a better biriyani. Thinner slices of onions. Smaller tomato pieces. Blitzing the yoghurt a little to make it smooth, gives the curry a better flavour. When you add water to the beef, you have to measure the water as double the rice, minus 2 cups. And add 1 cup of smooth yoghurt to the curry. A thicker curry during the dum process gives a better layered biriyani. When keeping the extra dish on top of the lid to trap the steam, the water ought to be hot. That adds to the baking process and allows the mix to steam evenly. The chutney is invariable made with coconut oil, only. Olive oil is a recent addition. But with all the ghee that goes into the biriyani, a little coconut oil helps to level the tongue.

so happy yiu tried our thalasserybiriyanj.. but 1. we will use our own biriyani masala.. not chicken beef masala mix 2. use less onions on beef cooking and masala.. 3 ..we will not ever use basmathi rice on thalssery biriyani use jeerakasala only first fry 2 onions second cashew and risins fry 3 rd the same oil add 2 onion and saurt it then add mixture of 3 inch ginger. 1 full garlic 12 to 15 greenchilly... saurt it.. add 3 medium tomotto.. then 3 table spoon corriander leaves and 1.5 tablspn mint.. ad half teaspoon turmeric and our biriyani masala.. add chicken 1 kg... add 3 tablespoon curd.. check saurness and add lemon half water. let it cook until the water goes
