I know I'm late to the S&B vidding train but a;lskdakjsgf i couldn't NOT upload something for these three, I absolutely adore them and honestly a part of me kind of prefers the show to the books??? At least in terms of the Grisha trilogy; so far I've only read the first book in that but plan to read the rest + Six of Crows duology on a long trip in a couple weeks. SHOW!MAL IS 100000x TIMES BETTER THAN BOOK!MAL AND I ACTUALLY SHIP SHOW!MALINA INSTEAD OF SOLO!ALINA LIKE I DID IN THE BOOKS (at least the first book, that may change whenever I meet Nikolai).
For anyone wondering where I've been, by this weekend (May 16th) I will be a college graduate, with a social work degree (I tried to host a graduation collab but like everything I do that was an epic fail, haha). This last semester I was mostly focused on my internship and I almost didn't get enough hours in to graduate. So far I've been rejected from most grad schools I applied to but that just means I'll have to try to get into one for next spring. I have quite a few vids (hopefully) coming up! Some more S&B ones (malina, darklina, AND mal x darkling), hopefully one about the S&B cast, and maybe a couple vids I've been working on off and on for like a year or half a year at this point. Oh and can't forget about some walker vids; still need to make my trickidell vid. And probably something the trevor x stella (do they have a ship name yet btw?).
Once again I rambled on too long, haha. Anyway, please enjoy! Also, please don't dislike just because you don't like mal, or the darkling, or alina. As the age old saying goes: don't like, don't watch.

AAAAAA THIS IS AMAZING!!! I've been trying so hard to avoid the thought of this trio together because I just cannot see them ever happening in the books but if I just forget the trilogy and focus on the show... I can kinda see it? 🙈 I fully blame Ben, Archie and Jessie for having such an incredible chemistry together.

Oh for sure Mal is better in the show than the books, and I think it's incredible the way the showrunners seamlessly combined the two series! Personally, I get more of a brother/sister vibe in Malina but I can see the appeal. With Darklina, however, not only am I a sucker for opposites attract, but they also did the Reylo bit of assuring each other they weren't alone! Plus, one does not simply deny the chemistry between Ben Barnes & Jessie Mei Li; I mean frick, the desk scene was everything. ✨💗

Technically I only got rejected from one but for a couple others like one person never sent in their recommendation so I'm pretty sure I'll get rejected from those too. Mostly holding out hope for one school with another couple, as long as my field supervisor actually gets the recommendation link from one school this time and I manage to finish the 5 page personal statement for another. It also probably doesnt help for me personally that most jobs and/or populations i want to work with require a masters at the very least (and here where i live theres like no real BSW jobs available outside of DSS/DHS/whatever it's called in different places). Congrats on pursuing an MSW by the way!
