this is so true. all other 6 are obsessed with him tbh, and seeing what they all had to say about him in this year's Festa chat "BTS Attic" video made it obvious why. it's the same kind of thing Namjoon is constantly saying about Hoseok in interviews... he is the bedrock of the group. always there for everyone, stays steady and focused and calm, is able to take on leadership roles that Namjoon is too busy or tired for (bc holy shit that boy does a lot) or simply doesn't have the right disposition or talents for. and hey, Namjoon needs someone to rely on as well. I think the deep gratitude he feels for having that in Hoseok is clear; he literally never stops looking for chances to praise him to the camera. since Hobi has this type of role as a more "domestic" support figure, it's no wonder the kids in particular flock to him and show him so much open affection. I feel like Jin is also more outwardly affectionate with Hoseok than he is with anyone else, which is something people don't seem to notice I guess. Yoongi* and Jimin said he's "like a mountain." how special must it be to have someone with you who's proven themselves to be *that* kind of steady comfort for 7+ years? *I think we all know how tight Sope are with each other haha

The funny thing is that there are so many more clips than what is shown here, especially for Jungkook. Jimin and V have a lot of videos with Hobi, but for some reason people always miss how close JK and J-Hope are. RM and Yoongi have both said in the past that they were the closest members. In his 2019 Festa profile for Hobi, JK even said that he was "so perfect that he couldn't ask for anything more" and that there was "nothing about him that he could ever hate." The clip at 2:04 is from the 2019 Euphoria video that Jungkook edited himself. In the same video, he also includes a video of them at a picnic together where he Richard Marx for him, a clip of him singing again at Hobi's request from Run BTS, and several others recorded by him. Since he chose those himself, it goes to show how highly he thinks of him. JK, Jimin, and Hobi have also all said that JK gets into his bed and sleeps almost every day. The hyung line is also super sweet on J-Hope. Suga has been loyal to him from the beginning and picks him first for almost everything. RM always compliments him and talks about how grateful he is for Hoseok. Jin is always giving him hugs. I guess he really is everyone's baby. I'd also like to say that the clip at 3:50 is hilarious because RM tells them to stop, but everyone does it anyway. Hobi gets so shy whenever people compliment him.

I agree with this, and I also think people tend not to notice that Jin is a lot softer and cuddlier with Hoseok than he is with anyone else. He really doesn't seem to have clingy or touchy behavior with anyone other than Hoseok and JK, and with JK it's usually more rough-and-tumble and mischief making. Whenever Jin approaches Hoseok, it tends to be for hugs or clinging or massages or goofing off; something gentler, like you said (not that he never hugs JK or neck-chops Hoseok lmao but you know what I mean). Maybe people don't notice how particular Jin is bc of how he acts with JK, which makes it seem like he's touching people all the time, lol-but although he's not as selective about touchy moments as Yoongi or Namjoon, he's definitely not as physical as Hoseok or the maknae line, so his behavior with Hobi makes an impression on me.

Everyone should be thinking about Hoseok as well as Jimin said it did. He's such an incredibly sweet angel and I really had to cry when he said that about him. I wish that everyone loves him as much as the members & everyone has the Hoseok bias as everyone should be loved by BTS right away.
