I know of a christian brother, who when he listened to some verses of this chapter he cried! Though it was not this recitation but this one is also ALL Beautiful!!! All praises be to God!

Ameen brother :)... bur everyoen who recites Quran with their best voice, then they have done their job, and they will recite good :)...i surah Muzzamil(73) it is : Ayah 1 to 5 if you read it and understand then u will know that everyone have good voice ;)

Come on give the new sheikhs a chance, Muaqly and Juhany are also very good. I agree with you that he is the best, and that he and sudais are the best combination. But they have both been around about 20 years, other sheikhs need to get their chances too.

mashallah, i love shuraims recitation also very much.. and i came into islam with his recitings but there is an mistake in translation from 5:20 on - there is no word "'ISA"(jesus) in the ayat 37 ! so there should be written in english "him (jesus)" not just "jesus" (peace be upon him) assalamu Alaykum wa raHmatullah wa barakatuh

Sister, the translation is what translation? is it international translation? It seems it would be very appealing to the christians and the jews who might contemplate on these verses...I dun think its muhsin kahn's translation.
